Persia Piercing: My Go-To Spot in Daegu for Painless Piercings and Unique Accessories!

Hello everyone! I've been obsessed with piercings lately.
When you think of piercing shops in Daegu, which one comes to mind first?
I've been getting my ears pierced since I was around 6th grade, and I've always gone to Persia Piercing.
It's a place I trust and keep going back to! The owner is also super fun and basically an honorary Korean, lol!
Name: Persia Piercing
Location: 12-2 Dongseongro 2-gil, Jung-gu, Daegu (formerly 14-8 Bongsan-dong)
Website: persiapiercing.com
Operating Hours: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
This is what Persia Piercing looks like from the outside! It's located in the Yasi Alley, which everyone in Daegu knows.
You might mistake it for a clothing store at first glance, but it's actually a piercing paradise.
I've been on a piercing spree lately, getting a bunch done in just one week. I had a great opportunity to visit Persia again after a long time. I wanted to take a picture of the shop's exterior, but it was so crowded inside that I had to stand outside for a while to get a shot.
Inside Persia Piercing
I'm really into this kind of vibe, you know?
Maybe you can call it hippy...
They have cute necklaces, unique piercings, bags, and more! I spent about 10 minutes just browsing the shop.
Aren't those necklaces on the second row so pretty? I might just have to buy them.
Beaded Rings
Persia Piercing not only has necklaces, piercings, and bags, but they also sell these quirky beaded rings.
I used to make beaded rings as a hobby, but it's just better to buy them. Making them just ruins your personality.
They have cute ribbon shapes and unique patterned beaded rings!
You should visit Persia Piercing sometime and have a look around!
And now for the highlight of Persia...
The piercings!!
Aren't there so many different kinds of piercings?
They also had a lot of really pretty belly button piercings that are perfect for summer. If I didn't have belly fat, I would have gotten one for sure. If you're interested in belly button piercings, you should definitely go to Persia. They're even prettier in person!
And!!! They don't just have piercings; they also have a huge variety of earrings.
These star earrings are so cute.
I've been obsessed with fairycore stuff from Pinterest lately, so I've been drawn to stars, wings, and musical notes.
Isn't that wing shape in the middle so cute? I don't know where it's supposed to be worn, but if it's for a piercing, I'm going back in a month to get it.
Oh, and those handsome guys on the wall looked like the owner's sons, so I asked, and he said they were. Then he told me that he had been on the TV show 'Welcome, First Time in Korea!' He was a celebrity! If you're on public broadcast, aren't you a celebrity?
If a celebrity is on a show... doesn't it make you curious?
He said he appeared in episodes 11 and 19. Watch the clip when you have time. I just watched it and felt so connected to him.
And now for the moment of truth: getting my ear pierced... I always thought piercings were super painful.
But no joke, the owner pierced it for me, and it didn't hurt at all. If you're a scaredy-cat or easily scared, you should go. His Korean is better than mine.
Piercing Location Recommendation
I got my inner conch pierced at Persia Piercing today! The inner conch is cartilage, so it's supposedly difficult to take care of, but I've gotten it pierced before, so it's okay.
I don't think anyone takes better care of their piercings than me. I've never had an infection, which is weird.
Anyway, there's a reason why I got my inner conch pierced. Do you know how pretty it looks with a ring earring in it?
People even get fillers in their ears these days, but that's scary, so I'm trying a piercing instead.
They say just showing your ears makes you three times prettier.
Right after getting my inner conch pierced.
Aren't they so pretty?
But here's a crazy fact.
Everyone around me is probably like...
Because it hasn't even been two weeks since I got my other piercings. So even I think I'm insane.
Don't be like me.
And I did this ear styling myself, muahaha. I only had two piercings on my right earlobe originally, but I got one more while I was there.
My ear looks so flashy. But how can I resist when it's so pretty?
Oh! By the way, all the piercings at Persia Piercing are made of titanium, so everyone can use them without worrying about allergic reactions. They're high-quality piercings!
Also, I looked at the bracelets while looking around the store. He said they're handmade. And the owner generously gave me one as a gift! I said it was so pretty, so he was like, 'I'll give it to you!' and I almost cried (not really).
If you're interested in handmade accessories like I am, free consultations, and unique Persian, Thai, Indian, and Nepalese piercings and earrings, be sure to visit! The owner is so kind, and the best part is that he pierces without hurting!
Anyway! I recommend Persia Piercing in Dongseongro for anyone who's easily scared, has a low pain tolerance, or is getting their first piercing!!!
