To the 50s and 70s generation with rich life experience! Are you looking for a new career or a stable job?

Many people feel overwhelmed by the rapidly changing digital job market and the narrowing employment thresholds, despite having extensive experience. To support this demographic, Gyeonggi Province is actively providing re-employment assistance services.

The most representative program is the ‘2026 Gyeonggi Province 50s and 70s Job Fair.’ The fair held on July 15 in Icheon will continue in the second half of this year. Relay events are planned to take place in various locations across Gyeonggi Province, including Ansan, Pyeongtaek, and Siheung. Let’s take a closer look at the job programs currently offered in Gyeonggi Province!

What is the ‘Gyeonggi Province 50s and 70s Job Fair’?

Now in its third year, the ‘Gyeonggi Province 50s and 70s Job Fair’ goes beyond being a one-time hiring event, closely connecting businesses and job seekers through collaboration between the public and private sectors.

The Icheon fair featured essential programs for job seekers. Upcoming fairs in other regions will also be similarly structured, so be sure to check in advance.

1. Practical On-Site Recruitment

Over 30 reputable local companies, including Myungjin Logistics and Icheon City Facilities Management Corporation, participated in one-on-one on-site interviews with job seekers. A resume submission service was also available for companies that could not attend, broadening job seekers' employment options.

2. Participation of Employment-Related Organizations

Ten employment-related organizations, including the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s Icheon Employment Welfare Plus Center and the Gyeonggi Province Market Promotion Agency, provided easy-to-understand information about government and local employment policies tailored for middle-aged individuals.

3. Diverse Side Events to Increase Success Rates

To assist with the entire job preparation process, support included AI resume writing assistance, mock interviews, professional resume photo shoots, and personal color and makeup consultations to help find one’s unique confidence.

Don’t miss out! Check the schedule for the second half of 2026.
