This post is sponsored, but written with complete honesty.

Recently, I've been interested in Pilates and looking into various studios. I discovered a Pilates center located near Kyungpook National University Hospital Station.

Attracted by its accessibility (less than a 5-minute walk) and diverse programs, I decided to visit. My experience has been so positive that I wanted to share it with you all.

The moment I stepped into the studio, I was amazed by the clean and luxurious interior.

State-of-the-art Pilates equipment was systematically arranged, and I especially appreciated the clean shower rooms and restrooms, which were convenient to use after class.

Open from 10 AM to 10 PM every day, it was easy for me, as a working professional, to choose a class time that fit my schedule.

Since COVID, I've been particularly concerned about the hygiene of facilities. I was impressed that this studio thoroughly disinfects and sanitizes after each class. Seeing the instructors personally disinfecting all the equipment gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus on my workout.

One of the biggest advantages of this studio is that they conduct small group classes with a maximum ratio of 4:1, unlike other Pilates centers.

Private and duet classes are tailored to each member's medical history and fitness goals, allowing for personalized care.

While I'm taking group classes, the instructor corrects my posture in detail and focuses on areas that need individual attention, making me feel like I'm getting a personalized lesson.

They have an excellent instructor team capable of teaching classes tailored to various needs, including rehabilitation, weight loss, body alignment, prenatal care, and kids' fitness.

Through the systematic consultation system at the CS center, I was assigned an instructor who matched my needs, allowing for a quick and accurate consultation even on my first visit.

After taking classes consistently for three months, the first change I noticed was an improvement in my posture.

The turtle neck and rounded shoulders that I had developed from sitting for long hours at work have been greatly corrected, and my lower back pain has also significantly decreased due to core strengthening.

Beyond simple physical changes, I'm feeling my body's balance improving and my overall health getting better.

Another great advantage is that I can enjoy such great facilities and high-quality classes at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with the premium service at a price that's less expensive than I thought.

Now, I don't hesitate to recommend this place to my friends who say they're going to start Pilates.

I can confidently say that it's a space that can satisfy both beginners and those who are already enjoying Pilates.

Why not experience the change in your mind and body at the Pilates center near Kyungpook National University Hospital Station, the best place to create healthy habits?

I'm confident that the clean facilities, professional instructors, and systematic class system will be the best choice for your healthy life.

Opening Hours: Daily 10:00 - 22:00

WassupKorea is a next-generation platform designed for foreigners who want to truly experience Korea — not just as tourists, but as locals. While countless Koreans have shared their daily lives, food experiences, and cultural tips through blogs, videos, and social media, much of this valuable content remains locked behind language barriers. WassupKorea solves this by collecting and curating high-quality local content and making it accessible to global audiences through real-time AI-powered translation. Instead of superficial recommendations, users gain access to authentic, first-hand stories — from hidden street food spots to weekend mountain hikes — written by Koreans for Koreans, now reinterpreted for the world.

AI-Powered Personalization, Translation, and Voice Interaction

What sets WassupKorea apart is its deep integration of artificial intelligence at the core of the platform. AI matches users with personalized content based on their language, nationality, and travel interests. Whether you're looking for vegan Korean food in Jeonju or part-time job tips in Seoul, the platform's smart engine brings the most relevant, timely posts to the forefront. Every piece of content — blog summaries, local guides, user comments — is instantly translated using advanced AI translators. Users can also listen to posts via natural-sounding voice AI in their own language. Real-time voice translation in community chats allows for live conversations between users from different countries. With voice synthesis, AI can even "learn" your voice preferences to create a more natural and immersive experience.

A Living Community Driven by Local Content and Global Connection

WassupKorea is more than just an information portal — it’s an AI-driven community hub that grows smarter as users interact. Travelers and residents alike can share their own content via links from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or directly post on the platform. AI categorizes the content, suggests similar posts, and connects users with shared interests. Foreigners living in Korea can also access essential resources like visa tips, rental guides, job listings, and lifestyle hacks. As more content is generated and more interactions occur, the AI refines its recommendations — creating a dynamic feedback loop that benefits every user. WassupKorea bridges the gap between Korea’s deep local knowledge and the global audience eager to explore it, forming a smart, multilingual, and inclusive platform for everyone curious about life in Korea.
