Next to the Microorganism Museum is the Yeast Sapiens Hall, a space that shares stories about living with fermentation. Here, visitors can experience fermentation closely related to our lives, including the history and production of nuruk (a fermentation starter) used in brewing.
The hall also covers the processes of alcohol fermentation and vinegar production, along with a simple nuruk-making experience. The Yeast Car Adventure space is a paid attraction where visitors can enjoy exciting rides.
Bean Hall
