Hello, this is the official blog reporter team of Ulsan Metropolitan City.

The Ulsan Facilities Corporation operates the Munsu Fun Ice Rink at the Ulsan Sports Park's lakeside plaza.

In these times when outdoor activities are limited, it might just be the perfect place to visit.

Every year, the ice rink is open so that citizens can enjoy winter sports in the city.

Filled with fun and activities, it attracts many visitors each time.

Parking is available next to the Munsu Indoor Swimming Pool, so please keep that in mind.

The operating period is from Monday, December 22, 2025, to Sunday, February 8, 2026.

The rink operates from 10 AM to 9:30 PM, in 1.5-hour intervals.

For the 6th session, it is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, so it closes at 8 PM during weekdays!

There is a comfortable waiting area for visitors, which is essential as many tend to arrive early.

The area is designed to block the wind, and there are hat-shaped heaters to keep the air warm.

The easiest way to visit is to search for 'Ulsan Fun Ice Rink' on Naver and make a reservation.

Tickets cannot be shared or transferred. Proxy reservations and screenshots can be verified at the ticket booth.

The admission fee includes equipment rental, and wearing helmets and gloves is mandatory.

On-site ticketing is available, but you need to queue 30 minutes before each session starts.

For on-site ticketing, 80 skates, 20 sleds, and 20 ice slides are available, and due to the limited capacity, they often sell out quickly.

After purchasing your ticket at the booth, you can collect skates that fit your size right next door.

There are paid lockers available, so it's recommended to minimize your belongings when visiting.

Rental of support devices shaped like penguins, dolphins, and dinosaurs costs between 2,000 to 3,000 won per session.

Since the quantities are limited, it's best to come early if you need them.

Wearing helmets and gloves is mandatory. Gloves can only be purchased on-site, so prepare them before your visit.

Helmets are available in various sizes, so you can try them on and choose one that fits your head shape and size.

While having fun, you might get hungry!

There are snack stalls selling cup noodles, snacks, and drinks.

Please note that bringing outside food into the ice rink is strictly prohibited.

There are several noodle machines where you can cook the noodles purchased from the stall.

The space can accommodate up to 100 people at the same time, ensuring comfort for everyone.

With microwaves and hot water available, you can easily prepare a simple meal!

If you bring your own skates, you only need to pay the rink fee to use the facility.

During weekdays, the rink is relatively spacious and less crowded.

At the opening ceremony, a gala show was performed by figure skaters from Ulsan Central High School and Okdong Elementary School, which must have been amazing.

My favorite area here is the sledding hill. I have fond memories of renting equipment and having fun each time I visit.

It's faster than you might expect, but it's safe and highly recommended.

Children under 6 must be accompanied by a guardian, and children under 12 must wear helmets.

Please follow the safety personnel's guidance during your visit.

I believe adhering to safety guidelines is essential for enjoyable outdoor activities.

Have a great time and create wonderful memories at the Ulsan Munsu Fun Ice Rink!
