A comprehensive survey is being conducted to accurately assess the status of agricultural land use and to prevent land speculation!

This survey aims to systematically verify the ownership and utilization of agricultural land, ensuring that it is effectively used for actual farming. It will also establish a foundation for land use centered on actual farmers, including young and full-time farmers.

Survey Targets:

• ✔ Agricultural land acquired since 1996 (Survey from May 2026)
• ✔ Agricultural land acquired before 1996 (Survey in 2027)

Survey Contents:

• ✔ Verification of ownership
• ✔ Confirmation of actual cultivation
• ✔ Check for facility installations or changes in use
• ✔ Verification of fallow status

Survey Method:

• 📅 Phase 1: Basic Survey (May to July)
• 📅 Phase 2: In-depth Survey (August to December)

Rental Normalization Period:

📅 May 18, 2026 - July 31, 2026

During this period, agricultural land leases will be converted to written contracts to protect the rights of tenant farmers.
