The season of chrysanthemums, where you can fully feel the atmosphere of autumn, has arrived.
At Cheolma Urban Agriculture Park, where chrysanthemums of various colors are in full bloom, the Chrysanthemum Festival unfolds with the scent of autumn.
The Autumn Chrysanthemum Festival, in collaboration with the Gijang-gun Floriculture Farming Association, will be held from October 22nd to October 25th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Cheolma Urban Agriculture Park.
From October 24th to 25th, the 7th Busan Urban Agriculture Harmony Festival will also be held, creating an even richer festival atmosphere.
On October 23rd, Cheolma Urban Agriculture Park was filled with various colors of chrysanthemums, allowing visitors to fully experience the autumn atmosphere.
The spectacle of chrysanthemums filling the green lawn captivated visitors, and the sound of camera shutters never ceased.
Cheolma is famous for its Korean beef. From October 29th to November 2nd, after the Chrysanthemum Festival, the 15th Cheolma Korean Beef Bulgogi Festival will be held at Cheolma Urban Agriculture Park.
You can also find not only Cheolma Korean beef but also fresh agricultural products.
Cheolma Urban Agriculture Park is a cozy resting place where you can feel nature up close in the heart of the city.
It creates a space where you can feel nature more intimately in harmony with chrysanthemums.
I enjoyed a walk in the warm space where I could communicate with nature.
Perhaps because the opening ceremony of the Chrysanthemum Festival was on October 24th, the festival grounds on the 23rd, when I visited, were still quiet.
However, preparations for the festival were in full swing in various places, and at the agricultural product exhibition and sales booths operated by the Gijang-gun Farming Association, you could find Cymbidium goeringii, various flowers, and sweet honey.
At the site, food using local specialties was also being sold, but I regretted not being able to taste the honey gelato.
In addition, various booths offer a variety of attractions to visitors to the Chrysanthemum Festival.
The slightly busy feeling seems to be because preparations for the Busan Urban Agriculture Harmony Festival, which will be held on October 24th and 25th, are in full swing.
The event hall, filled with various experiences and exhibition booths, is expected to attract many citizens to Cheolma Urban Agriculture Park for two days this Friday and Saturday.
