The Ulsan Student Education and Cultural Center boasts a grand and modern exterior, serving as a multi-cultural space where youth can develop their artistic sensibilities and engage in diverse experiences.
Upon entering the first floor, you will find a cafeteria on the right side.
The neatly arranged cafeteria is a place where visitors can comfortably chat and take a break. One side of the cafeteria features a stage, occasionally used for small performances and free artistic activities.
Currently, a solo exhibition by artist Seo Eun-hye (formerly Jeong Eun-hye) is taking place on the first floor. It started on March 25 and will run until May 27.
Seo Eun-hye's portraits connect the themes of 'relationship' and 'respect'. This exhibition conveys the perspective of seeing things as they are and the emotional healing power of art through the artist's life and works.
Exiting the exhibition hall, there is an experience zone for Seo Eun-hye's exhibition towards the Soho Gallery.
The stairs leading to the second floor are adorned with a cozy atmosphere, creating an ideal space for reading books, allowing visitors to enjoy leisurely reading.
One of the key facilities on the second floor is the 'Dokdo Experience Center'.
This space is well-structured with visual materials and educational content to vividly learn about the history and natural environment of Dokdo, making it a very beneficial place to visit with children.
Here, visitors can experience the 1,500-year history of Dokdo, participate in quizzes about Dokdo, and enjoy immersive video experiences.
There is also a comic book room available for students, staff, and preschool children accompanied by guardians.
