A Fun-Filled Day at Hapcheon Pool Heaven Water World

This post is a candid review based on my personal experience, with services provided by the company.
Pool Heaven: You Can Have It All!
Hapcheon Pool Heaven Water World
Operating Hours: Monday - Sunday, 09:00 - 18:00
Break Times: 12:00 - 12:30 (Part 1)
15:00 - 15:30 (Part 2)
Today, I'm excited to introduce you to Hapcheon Pool Heaven Water World, famous for its 'Hapcheon Bba-ji' (water park)!
Following the signs, you'll find ample parking space on both sides.
There's a designated smoking zone.
It's a thoughtful space for both smokers and non-smokers.
As Hapcheon Pool Heaven Water World comes into view,
my heart starts racing!
The trendy vibe from the entrance is amazing!
This 30-something mom is thrilled.
There are many rides at reasonable prices!
The front desk is just past the entrance.
I was half-expecting, half-nervous since it was my first time here,
but the warm wood tones and neat interior eased my anxiety and made me even more excited.
Rides are available for groups of 3 to 8 people.
All the rides look so fun!
I chose the admission + 3 rides package,
so I had a hard time choosing just three.
Right after getting my ticket at the desk, I saw this!
Perfectly timed, grab an arginine drink and recharge for some fun.
Please be aware of the important safety guidelines!
You get hungry after playing in the water.
I smelled something delicious from the entrance, and it was the snack bar!
The snack bar has various ramen, drinks, and even ice cream.
The moment I saw the 'Hangang Ramen' (instant ramen cooked in a special machine), I asked my husband if I could have a bite before we started playing.
They even have an unmanned cafe,
with 100% Arabica special coffee ☕
Sunscreen is essential in the summer.
They even sell affordable, high-performance sunscreen, and the best part is,
it's free if you participate in the challenge event!
Personal lockers are available for a fee of 4,000 won.
You can rent one by presenting your ID at the front desk.
If you don't need a personal locker,
you can leave your belongings on the tables next to the lockers,
but I highly recommend a personal locker if you have valuables.
Life vests are included in the admission fee,
so there are no extra charges.
They have sizes ranging from infant to plus-size,
so you can enjoy water activities safely without worrying about the vest being too big or too small.
Tip:
Bring your own towels and aqua socks, or you can purchase them on-site.
There are simple outdoor showers to rinse off.
Even the changing room and restroom doors are cute!
Going up to the second floor,
there's a photo zone and cabanas at Hapcheon Pool Heaven Water World,
and the view is stunning even if you just sit and enjoy it.
Cabanas are available for a fee,
but for families with kids like us, who have a lot of luggage,
it's nice to come up here and rest during break times and then go back to playing in the water.
Next time, I'm planning to rent a cabana and get an all-day pass.
They even have jet skis, water skiing, and wakeboarding!
Now you know why it's called Hapcheon Pool Heaven Water World, right?
It's the ultimate water park heaven.
The reason why Pool Heaven is 'Pool Sso-yu' (has everything),
again, it's because they have everything.
Just come with energy to play and that's it!
Now that we've toured the place, shall we start having fun?
Welcome to Hapcheon Pool Heaven Water World!
Regardless of age, children can play safely with parental supervision.
There are also safety personnel stationed throughout the outdoor water world.
Our child is still young, so they couldn't ride the rides,
but they had fun playing on the trampoline and small slides in the water world.
The bigger and longer slides,
only my husband and I took turns riding.
My husband, who is already quite large, gains even more speed,
making his splash into the Hapcheon 'Bba-ji' even more spectacular.
It's so much fun to watch!
Here’s the view of the first floor from the second floor.
Everyone's having a blast!
Water activities are the best in summer!
That green tent in the distance is the waiting area for the rides.
It's large, spacious, and shaded, so you can wait comfortably.
First, put on your helmet for safety.
The first ride I took was the G-ral.
It's a ride for five people lying down.
I got splashed so much that I just considered it a natural mist.
A day of becoming one with the water!
Next was the Band Wing, for six people.
My husband had to watch our child,
so we took turns riding.
It's fun even with strangers! lol
Lastly, the Donald Duck.
I thought it would be a cute duck ride,
but it turned out to be quite a wild duck.
I rode it with four men I had just met.
Maybe that's why the driver was determined to give us a wild ride.
Thanks to him, I screamed and had the most fun!
Doesn't it look refreshing just watching?
Give it a try!
What's the heat? Never heard of it!
It's so refreshing that it makes you forget the heat.
The staff, especially the 'uncles' and 'aunties,' are so friendly.
From the people at the front desk (if you're pretty and handsome, you're all 'unnie' (older sister) and 'oppa' (older brother) lol),
to the motorboat and jet ski drivers near the rides,
to the 'uncles' who guide you.
I didn't know what to call them,
so I got friendly while waiting and just called them 'uncle.'
I asked the 'uncles' things like:
"Which ride can we get on quickly?"
or "Which ride is the most fun?"
They would recommend something right away.
And since my husband and I were taking turns,
and we were short on people,
they would tactfully ask others
to join us and fill the seats. They're the best!
Now that we've had fun,
it's time to head home, sadly.
There was no one in the women's changing room, so I took a picture.
There are four basic shower stalls.
However, only cold water comes out, so it's just a quick rinse!
There are baskets to put your belongings,
and it's small but clean, with just the essentials.
One last important reminder:
Shampoo and other shower products are strictly prohibited!
Please follow these important guidelines
so we can all have a safe and fun time.
