It had been a while since I visited Seoul.

The first destination was the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Seoul.

Since online reservations were sold out, I got a standby ticket at the venue, which I was used to.

The brown board in the background of this photo is filled with various types of pills.

The artist's madness is truly impressive.

Despite my usual indifference toward exhibitions, I found myself surprisingly lost in thought during this one.

Even though my MBTI isn't 'N', I couldn't help but wonder, 'How did they attach those pills? With glue or something else?' Such trivial thoughts crossed my mind.

As for the most famous shark piece, it was so crowded that I couldn't see it properly, and I wasn't particularly moved. It felt like the shark was pleading for its life.

It is said that the original shark from 1991 was replaced in 2006 due to decay.

After being unavailable for a while, this piece was reintroduced after 13 years in the current exhibition, which runs until the end of June.

While Hirst's shark piece is well-known, I personally found the lingering impressions of 'For the Love of God' and 'Meditation on God's Infinite Power and Glory' more impactful.

To borrow from the artwork's description, 'We are captivated by the beauty and splendor of jewels symbolizing eternity, but ultimately, what we admire is death. Hirst touches upon this strange boundary, prompting reflection on human desires and life's transience.'

When I viewed the artworks from different angles, the presence of the diamonds was dazzling, and the butterfly wings behind them were equally striking.

When looking at these two pieces head-on, the sparkling diamonds and butterfly wings created a beautiful harmony, yet the underlying meaning of 'death' made it quite surreal and bittersweet.

I found myself wondering, 'Where and how were all those butterflies collected?' The sheer number of butterflies, all with identical colors and symmetrical patterns, left me astonished at the artist's madness.

I couldn't help but wish that such an exhibition would take place in Cheongju, as it would attract a huge crowd.

Spring has fully arrived in various parts of Seoul.

Since the Bukchon Hanok Village tour ends at 5 PM, I couldn't enter but enjoyed exploring the main streets and shops. There were many foreign tourists in traditional hanbok, and my husband and I felt almost like foreigners ourselves since it was our first time there. The weather was lovely, and the blend of hanoks in the city, along with the trees, flowers, and even the fine dust, created a harmonious and perfect scene, making me exclaim, 'I'm so happy.'

As I strolled leisurely, I discovered a cute little shop called 'May's Bell.'

My heart skipped a beat!

Waiting for a baby, I bought a family set of 'Dad,' 'Mom,' and 'Baby.' The price was unexpectedly high, leaving both the owner and me a bit stunned.

Starting next week, I will begin my IVF journey again, and these little moments help stabilize my chaotic emotions.

I explored various areas: Jongno, Bukchon, Seochon, Dongdaemun, Sindang-dong, and Seongsu.

It was quite an adventurous route; one might think I would never return to Seoul again!

Thanks to the beautiful weather, I walked around for two days, taking the bus in between. The cityscape outside the bus was lush and lovely, making me feel as if I were abroad.

I have a low threshold for happiness, recharging quickly from small joys, but I also find that my sensitivity often starts from minor things.

It felt like a short yet happy two days, free from phrases like 'Let go of your heart,' 'Your sensitivity is preventing conception,' and 'You need to be at ease to conceive,' as I returned to the moments of dating.
