A Baby-Friendly Trip to Jeju Island: Morning Smile Ranch

We recently took a trip to Jeju Island with our two-year-old, focusing on attractions that would be fun for him.
Our son, 'Kallong,' has always loved cows and horses, so we visited 'Morning Smile Ranch' twice during our 3-night, 4-day Jeju itinerary. I'd like to introduce this wonderful place.
The ranch has a nursing room, making it easy for families with young children to visit.
Location of Morning Smile Ranch
Morning Smile Ranch is located about 30 minutes from Jeju Airport. It's the perfect spot to visit on the day you arrive or as a last stop before heading to the airport.
Business Hours: Closed every Tuesday / Open 10 AM - 5 PM otherwise
A Variety of Activities
Although it's a dairy farm, there's more than just cows.
You can bottle-feed calves, give feed to larger cows, participate in scheduled programs (like taking photos with cows or treasure hunts), play in the sandbox, ride a tractor, and take a walk.
There's so much to enjoy!
- Bottle Feeding: ₩3,000
- Feeding: ₩2,000
Delicious Bread and Ice Cream
While we're there for the kids, parents need some relaxation too, right?
They offer ice cream for the kids, as well as iced Americanos, milk bagels, and other delicious treats for the adults.
The milk bagel was especially amazing! I highly recommend it.
And I also recommend the Kaymak made directly on the farm.
Places to Visit Nearby
I looked up many places to play with Kallong. Here are some places I found through research, although I haven't visited them myself:
- Seolmundae Halmang Exhibition Hall: If you're looking for a place to go on a rainy day, this place is like a large indoor playground! The outdoor scenery is also magnificent.
- Gilgal Farm Land: This place is like a zoo with a variety of animals. I've heard that there's a lot to see, so it's great for spending half a day.
- Jeju Horse Pasture: You can see horses running freely in the vast fields. Because it is a pasture, there are no feeding experiences.
