2026 Ulsan Contemporary Art Festival

The 2026 Ulsan Contemporary Art Festival will take place from July 10 (Friday) to July 19 (Sunday) in the Cultural Street area of Jung-gu, Ulsan.
This ten-day festival will feature five galleries, vacant spaces, community cultural centers, and exhibitions throughout the Cultural Street area. The opening ceremony will be held on July 10 at 5 PM, followed by indoor and outdoor exhibitions along with various events.
The theme for this year is "Find the Liquid Monster!", showcasing works from 20 artists, with around 100 pieces on display.
Traffic Control: During the festival, traffic will be completely restricted at the intersection near the Forest Café and the former Ulsan Elementary School.
Outdoor Exhibitions: The Cultural Street will be transformed into a vibrant outdoor exhibition space, bustling with art displays that allow visitors to enjoy cultural experiences in their daily lives.
Additional Events: On weekends (July 11, 12, 18, 19), there will be various activities including a cultural music concert, street performers, caricature artists, and a flea market.

Stamp Tour: Visitors can collect stamps from seven galleries in the old town. Completing the stamp tour not only earns a small gift but also a 5% discount at designated coffee shops.
Note: Participating cafes include Darak, Eopcheonri 382, and Lucky 714 Espresso Bar.
The first 200 participants to collect all seven stamps will receive a 'Liquid Monster Clicker.' Each participant is limited to one clicker, and supplies are limited.
Stamp collection sheets can be obtained at the vacant shops on Cultural Street, where participants must collect their first stamp.

6. Eunwoljae Hanok Gallery: An impressive traditional house gallery showcasing animations based on Korean wrestling and installations questioning the standards of authenticity.
