My personal ways to unwind...

When I'm feeling down,

EAT!

Basically, when I'm feeling down or stressed,

I binge eat. A lot.

I drink a lo~t and

I eat a lo~t...

August,

Along with my daily life,

A major release of stress!

An acquaintance of my mom's, whom I met after a long time,

Said, "Don't get stressed at work!!"

And gave this to me...????

Did I look that tired, Auntie? ㅠ

You're right.

One evening when I was feeling irritable and stressed,

We decided to have a late-night snack.

Mexican tequila that Jonghwan brought back from his business trip,

And sashimi!

Light drinkers like us

Just have a glass or two and that's it,, hahaha

It's hard. Hehehe.

Still, I've decided to buy local liquor whenever I travel from now on. Heh.

Should I collect liquor when I live in an apartment????

I've developed a strange habit when I'm stressed.

It's playing with squishy toys, lol.

I played with it so much that I bought another one~~

Of course, I can't leave out

My favorite ice cream,

Tank Boy~????

Everyone, become a Tank Boy addict

Have one Tank Boy a day in the summer

This is seriously so delicious,,

Anyone know old-school tteok kkochi (떡꼬치)?

Fried garae-tteok (가래떡, Korean rice cake) with spicy sauce slathered on it

So delicious

I crave spicy food when I'm stressed.

I can't leave out sweet snacks either.

Snacks that my cousin brought back from Japan.

Eating snacks while working is the best..????

Ah~~ I want to go to Japan too

That cheese is amazing,,,

Sweet + Soft

I also ate out with my family for the first time in a while.

I need to grease my stomach from time to time

So I can live my life~

Daegu Gwangmakchang (대구 광막창)

It's a makchang (막창, grilled pork entrails) restaurant with a wait,

But we got in right away with good timing

Their makchang is delicious,,

I'll admit it, you were right about this 맛집 (delicious restaurant), brother ????

I was depressed so I ate pork~~ hehe

Dessert calls for a cafe~

If I put in something greasy,

I need to put in something sweet too.

It had been a while since I went to a cafe at night with my mom and dad,

And seeing them happy,

I should go more often????

For a change of pace,

There's also a date with my boyfriend!!

hehe

Daegu Midoin (대구 미도인)

Going to eat donburi (덮밥, rice bowl dish) totot

And

Escape Room!

It was my first escape room, so I was so nervous ㅠㅇㅠ

We did Parking Lot, and we started with our eyes covered and hands tied,,,,, so scary

Somehow, we escaped with hints

But it's hard to be rushed by time ㅜ

Let's go do the next theme soon!

After going to the escape room,

I'm re-watching the variety show , haha

It's fun????

Shinsegae (신세계, department store)

Corn Salt Bread..?

Anyway, that one,,

I ate it because people were lining up to buy it

But it has something like custard cream inside,

So it's a bit greasy, heh.

Not my style, heh.

And I revisited the katsu (Japanese cutlet) restaurant!

Salmon Katsu!!

I took Jonghwan, who likes salmon.

The cheese katsu was also stringy and delicious ㅜ

While eating,

I can't leave out baseball.... hehe

Another day,,

I was so stressed in the morning that

I craved something spicy for lunch.

Spicy and numbing mala tang (麻辣烫, Sichuan spicy soup) ~

I don't add meat when I eat it at the restaurant.

Why?

Because I'll be so full.

To the point where I can't work in the afternoon...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ⫬ㅋ⫬

Instead, I ate again after work.....

I ate a lot of other things.

SKT (mobile carrier) was having a 50% off bread sale,

So I, the bread lover, had to go.

Jonghwan brought his membership and bought bread, haha.

A person who's always talking about dieting

....

I need to go to pretty cafes multiple times

I revisited

Ordinary House

Their drinks and desserts are all delicious,

But there are so~ many people ㅜ

I went a little after lunch,

And it was packed..

Walking around Dongseongro (동성로, downtown Daegu) in the summer is so hard..

It's so hot that I stopped by 뽑기방 (claw machine arcade) in Dongseongro,

And I was lucky.

I got three, yay hehe

Jonghwan, who lost the basketball game bet,

Bought me dinner, heehee

Even though there are two of us, we have to order three dishes

We're big eaters!

I went there to eat Ringo Soba (링고소바), but it was sold out,,,

It's a seasonal menu, so I can't eat it even if I go now,,

I'll have to go again next year ㅠㅠ

After work on Saturday,

I rested at home to recharge,

And I really wanted to eat plain bread,,

A bread lover can't resist

So I headed straight to Daegu Shinsegae

Go to Gentz Bakery in the basement ㅜ

Their bread is so delicious

It's not in the picture,

But their chestnut bread is also delicious...

A restaurant that Jonghwan found,

Galbijjim (갈비찜, braised short ribs) near Kyungdae (경대, Kyungpook National University)

Actually, it was delicious,

But the staff was a bit ;ㅇ;

If they bring a different dish than what we ordered,

Shouldn't they apologize and take it away, hahaha

I was going to just eat the other dish,

But the staff's attitude changed my mind ㅠ

I asked for the dish I originally ordered,

And the portion was reduced to half of what's in that pictureㅋ

It was delicious,

But I'm never going again, haha.

I don't like the taste of lunch these days,

So I often go out and buy something delicious to eat, lol

The biggest expense from my salary is

Food expenses?? hahaha

Everyone knows Chungnyeon Dabang (청년다방)

You have to order the 감튀 (french fries),

And fried rice is a must.

My mouth is watering~~~

I should go eat at Chungnyeon Dabang soon

This time, mala tang from a different restaurant,,

Go to Tanghwa Kungfu (탕화쿵푸)

It's delicious

The peanut sauce is so savory,

It's amazing, keu

A person who's on a diet

Ate this all day, haha

Hamburger for lunch

Sweet coffee

Salad for dinner to be conscientious

It doesn't fill me up,,,, that's how it is for me,,,,

Eating and lying down is my habit~?

As I was lying down,

I noticed the light was out?

A moth got in from somewhere?

I made a fuss and caught it.......

It's hard for a 자취생 (person living alone) to change a fluorescent light bulb alone.

I lived in the dark for about a week

And changed it on the night my boyfriend came, haha

The night after changing the fluorescent light bulb

More mala tang

The numbness relieves my stress

That's why!!!!!

Ah, I want to eat 숙주 (bean sprouts) in mala tang,,,

I gained 3kg in August...

These days, I take walks every evening after work

For a bit of cardio.

Walking 4km with a coffee in hand without eating dinner is cardio

The evening weather is nice, so I don't sweat much,

But walking quietly alone

Clears my head and makes me feel happy!

The day after I started exercising,,

My brother

Came to find me to eat dinner..

Not helpful at allㅡㅡ

Gopdori tang (곱도리탕, braised chicken and 곱창 (small intestines))

It's a bit greasy, but spicy and delicious,,

I deliberately only ate half a bowl of rice

And went straight for a walk

Stopped by Starbucks and got the Baektae card wallet!

Ooh, it's pretty hehe

After taking pictures of the wallet and drink,,

I dropped my phone, haha

I guess I couldn't drop the drink,,,

I must have valued the drink ㅠㅠ

So Raon's grip tok (phone grip) broke,, hahaha

I'll have to buy a new grip tok soon ㅠ

I'm glad the phone screen didn't break ☘️

The weather is so nice these days

Is autumn coming~~~????????

Green Green????????

My neighborhood is quiet and not many people,

So it's not great to walk alone ㅜ

Scary,, hehe

Sumttoma (Sumttoma Mala Tang)

Eating it 4 times a month

I ate mala tang 4 times in August.

Once a week?ㅋㅋㅋ

It's addictive~

The day it was drizzling

I went to 느좋 cafe.

It's right in front of Suseong Lake (수성못)

Wood tone + flower interior

The bread is also very good!!

Mentaiko (명란, seasoned cod roe) salt bread is delicious~~~

I caused another accident here.

ㅋㅋㅋ

hehehe

It's okay, at least I didn't spill it on my clothes~ hahaha

(Jonghwan runs to get a lot of tissues...)

The rainy day made it feel even better~~~

I sat by the window and spaced out before leaving.

Successfully pulled a Raincoat Pingu 뽑기(claw machine)! Thank you >ㅡ<

I'm trying every 뽑기(claw machine) I see while passing by ㅋㅋㅋ⫬ㅋ⫬

The sadness of a short girl

Pants dragging

They're wet because it's raining,,,,,,,,,

Is this the clearing after the rain?

The sunset is setting~~~

So pretty hehe

Eating so much delicious food

And healing

August flowed by smoothly,

September, come quickly????
