Stop eating, maybe??

August 11th

Every Monday, I end up doing fasted cardio, regretting everything I ate over the weekend... Wish the gym opened at 6 AM!

August 12th

Eating out again! So excited to have Shuien after so long!

Shuien's Kung Pao chicken is so spicy and delicious, but it gave me a pimple on my philtrum, sigh.

At least I had rice instead of noodles, trying to be a bit healthier.

Honestly, I was torn between jajangmyeon and fried rice today.

Dinner was delicious shabu-shabu!

No matter what, I can't give up on adding fish cakes to my shabu-shabu...

Don't know why I took this, but here's a proof shot.

My three-eyed monster pets are doing well!

August 13th

Skincare clinic day... ✨

Took before/after pics, but there's not much difference. ^^ lol

Maybe I'll see some change after 10 sessions????

Ordered a crispy rice crust chicken for dinner. It was my first time trying it!

The crispy rice crust was sooooo good!

August 14th

Listened to the Chinese people talking in the meeting using a translator. It translated to, "You are a total bitch."

About that...

Left work and came to Gangwon-do! Hehet.

August 15th

본격 동해 먹방 여행 ????

Full-on Mukbang trip to the East Sea!

Had a crab burger, and the crab cheese stick was so, so good!!!!! The burger was pretty average, though. hehe

Was really looking forward to the black sesame Injeolmi rice cake, but it had no filling, so I was totally disappointed...

(But I still ate two of them right there)

Packed some Mulhoe (spicy raw fish soup) and ate it at a beach we passed by. It was so amazing and perfect!!!

The view was insane!

I definitely didn't go in the water, just sat in the shade listening to music.

Hehe

Rested for a couple of hours and then went to get some matcha, which I'm obsessed with these days.

Kuku

This matcha crepe looks insane...????

But it's so expensive, and the strawberries were frozen...

Still delicious, though!

Found my (ear)buds looking completely blue while waiting for the restaurant to open

lol????

Finished the East Sea food trip with fried octopus and octopus jjampong (spicy seafood noodle soup)!

August 16th

Ate so much that I did a 24-hour fast and then had shabu-shabu...

I had so much stored up that even with the 24-hour fast, I still had enough energy to workout.

August 17th

떡없는 떡보끼.. 랑 삶계 3개

Wanted Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) so badly since this morning!

A 'Tteok'bokki without 'Tteok' (rice cake) with 3 boiled eggs

Lunch was Yoomisu sushi.

Yoomisu is so good. I've been there three times lately!

Finished off my food spree with a matcha Tico, which I've been craving since China... heh

But the matcha Tico is seriously SO GOOD, you have to try it!

I ate so much!

Real Korea, Curated for Global Travelers

WassupKorea is a next-generation platform designed for foreigners who want to truly experience Korea — not just as tourists, but as locals. While countless Koreans have shared their daily lives, food experiences, and cultural tips through blogs, videos, and social media, much of this valuable content remains locked behind language barriers. WassupKorea solves this by collecting and curating high-quality local content and making it accessible to global audiences through real-time AI-powered translation. Instead of superficial recommendations, users gain access to authentic, first-hand stories — from hidden street food spots to weekend mountain hikes — written by Koreans for Koreans, now reinterpreted for the world.

AI-Powered Personalization, Translation, and Voice Interaction

What sets WassupKorea apart is its deep integration of artificial intelligence at the core of the platform. AI matches users with personalized content based on their language, nationality, and travel interests. Whether you're looking for vegan Korean food in Jeonju or part-time job tips in Seoul, the platform's smart engine brings the most relevant, timely posts to the forefront. Every piece of content — blog summaries, local guides, user comments — is instantly translated using advanced AI translators. Users can also listen to posts via natural-sounding voice AI in their own language. Real-time voice translation in community chats allows for live conversations between users from different countries. With voice synthesis, AI can even "learn" your voice preferences to create a more natural and immersive experience.

A Living Community Driven by Local Content and Global Connection

WassupKorea is more than just an information portal — it’s an AI-driven community hub that grows smarter as users interact. Travelers and residents alike can share their own content via links from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or directly post on the platform. AI categorizes the content, suggests similar posts, and connects users with shared interests. Foreigners living in Korea can also access essential resources like visa tips, rental guides, job listings, and lifestyle hacks. As more content is generated and more interactions occur, the AI refines its recommendations — creating a dynamic feedback loop that benefits every user. WassupKorea bridges the gap between Korea’s deep local knowledge and the global audience eager to explore it, forming a smart, multilingual, and inclusive platform for everyone curious about life in Korea.
