CrossFit Experience at Painstorm Fitness Jamsil: A Beginner's Honest Review

Hello, everyone! It's Imaeum, your local food expert.
And with good food, what inevitably follows?
Belly fat, double chin...basically, just fat.
So, lately I've been on a quest to find the right workout for me.
Turns out, there was one workout I hadn't tried...?
CrossFit, no less!
Famous as an 'insider' workout – and equally famous for being tough –
I, an 'outsider', visited with a friend, with a trembling heart.^^
Painstorm Fitness has four locations: Suwon, Apgujeong, Jamsil, and Achasan.
They post the workout of the day on their website!
It seems like each branch has a strong community, so
It's truly a workout for the 'in-crowd'!

Painstorm is located on the first basement level!
But I took the elevator down even though it's just one floor.
You shouldn't exercise before working out.
As soon as you get off the elevator, you're greeted by a wall of lockers!
They offer one month free for new members, according to Naver reservations!
Be sure to inquire and try it out!
Near the entrance, there's a space to store your belongings.
There are changing rooms inside,
But if you're already wearing your workout clothes, you can just change your shoes
And trust each other with your belongings here~~
Painstorm has various branches in addition to the Jamsil location!
That's probably why they even have cool socks for sale. haha

If I could, I'd come and work out every day.
There are also many discount events,
So I decided to try a workout and then think about signing up~
Workouts are held in one-hour blocks within operating hours!
There's even a 7 AM workout – great for office workers who commute nearby to
Workout in the morning before heading to work.

There's a cycling machine for personal warm-ups before the workout,
And various dumbbells and equipment, so
It looks like you can adjust the weight to your fitness level.
The changing room was empty,
So I sneaked a picture.
They provide hairdryers, shampoo, and body wash,
So you can comfortably come, workout, and leave!

I'm in group C, so I only did 2 rounds ㅠㅠ
The Jamsil CrossFit coach divided us into groups and
Provided customized workout that fit our physique and fitness level!
I asked Lime unni to take pictures of just a few exercises...
There aren't many.
Reason: It's tough.
I can't do cool push-ups,
So I did some uncool push-ups.
But it's actually quite difficult.
Next to me, they were using boxes that were super tall –
Taller than my knees –
I... I...!
This was so hard I cried.
I was sweating buckets and crying.
Afterwards, Juju unni next to me
Said I didn't look like I was struggling.
I was so upset I screamed.
You can see me squinting, right?
I was really struggling... This exercise involves a pad on your back...
I was already in a daze at that point... so I don't remember it well...
Before I knew it, an hour had flown by at
Jamsil CrossFit Painstorm...
It's far for me, so I'm just focusing on the experience,
But it would be so great to work out with friends from time to time.
