Celebrating Dowoon's Birthday: A Fan's Cafe Tour & Delicious Eats!

Happy Birthday, Dowoon!
This year, I went on a Dowoon birthday cafe tour!
First stop: Lowfilm Cafe & Gallery!
I visited my favorite homma's (photographer's) birthday cafe first. I wasn't planning on buying any merchandise at first, but...
To gear up for the concert, I ended up buying a t-shirt and a gym sack... I love them! Hehe.

The second floor had an exhibition space filled with Donja-nim's photos. This is one of my absolute favorite photos.
The moment I see his hair down, I'm ready to transform into a wolf. That's how much I love his hair styled like that!
I didn't have the money to buy a framed print, but seeing my favorite photos framed made me consider it for a moment...
But I resisted!
Second birthday cafe!!!
Sweet Dough
Donja-nim greeted me at the entrance. The Dowoon zone was decorated so beautifully...

I also took a picture with Doromer-nim.✌︎('ω' )✌︎
I bought a cookie and got a lucky draw ticket, and pulled a trading card. I even got a pin badge as a special gift!
The pin badge design is so cute!!! Toasty Don-gae! I can almost smell the warm cookies.
I took one more picture before leaving, because I was sad to go.

Third birthday cafe!
Seriously, the Dowoon character is so handsome.
Taking a picture with Donja-nim, as always!
The special fan is so cute. It has a different design on each side...!!!! The badge is pretty too~~

Actually, besides the birthday cafes, there was something I really wanted to eat...
I was waiting for the day I would go to the cafes just for this.
Kim Swag's recommended restaurant!
Hutatsu Hongdae
Two years ago, I had abura soba here and went to heaven, so I've been waiting to go back to Hutatsu ever since.
My friend had the buta tsukemen, and it was delicious too! I recommend it as well.
Of course, I had the abura soba. It was so delicious, but it was spicier than I remembered from two years ago.
I wondered if my taste buds had become healthier in the meantime, but later I realized...
That I ordered the NEW!! abura soba and there seems to be a regular abura soba.
If you don't like things too salty, I recommend the regular abura soba!!!

When you finish your ramen, you absolutely have to have the yuzu sherbet at the end.
I don't usually like yuzu, but I devoured the yuzu sherbet here. Seriously.
I didn't think I'd be writing a blog post until after my college entrance exam, but Dowoon's birthday made my Dowoon love overflow, so I couldn't resist writing.
Today's blog title...
Is from a famous song lyric among otaku:
"Just saying your name sounds like I love you."
As soon as it turned midnight, I used his birthday as an excuse to write to Dowoon, and I kept saying his name as I wrote.
It's partly because I have so much I want to tell him, but saying his name makes me think of his face, his image, and things he said in the past.
Just saying his name once, all the moments, memories, and emotions I loved became intertwined in my head.
And the more I said it, the clearer it became, so I fell asleep repeating his name until I drifted off.
It's like this song lyric.
The words I put after Dowoon's name, even if the content is different, all originate from love.
And the words of love I write flow towards the name Dowoon, so that name feels like it means "I love you."
Happy birthday, Dowoon.
Thank you for filling my summer again this year.
Since meeting you, my summers are all about you.
I hope your every day is filled with small moments of happiness.
Let's be together for a long time~ I love you!!!
