Happy birthday to my brother! ❤️

The cake is totally my style... ^^

Kwasaktok + Kaymak Cheese Balls

I seriously want to eat it again.

Kwasaktok is unique because it has three kinds of seasoning.

I love that I can sprinkle what I want and enjoy a variety of flavors.

You absolutely have to try the Kaymak Cheese Balls!

They're seriously amazing.

Had Jjimdak (braised chicken) with Hyunjin unni!

It was cheese jjimdak, but it was a bit disappointing.

They told us not to stir the cheese (maybe because it's hard to clean?).

The cheese was placed directly on top of the udon noodles, so it tasted bland which was disappointing.

Bright future

Then we went to Dol-dam Coffee!

What kind of day was it?

They kept calling out a different number than the one on our buzzer,

so at first, we didn't think it was ours.

But they kept calling it, so we went to check and it was ours! Haha;;

We ate the cake so quickly that we had another one.

I rarely eat two cakes...;;

It was surprising. ^^

Impressive appearance

To celebrate getting my first proper paycheck after getting a job,

I bought my parents sashimi. ^^

Felt accomplished! ^^

The next day, Sunday, September 7th, I took my brother in my car for the first time! ^^

We went for a drive on a course recommended by my dad. ^^

Bright future

Then I went to Indong for dinner with my brother,

but it wasn't good.

The amount of meat was good, but everything else was not so great...?

There was some kind of smell in the restaurant(?)

The rice was also... not good.

Wow... the Matcha Emong is insane...

I finally tried the Matcha Emong.

I want to eat it again.

Monday, September 8th...

Went to GS25 with Yejin because we didn't want to go into the office. I took a picture because I related to it. ㅜ

The day I parked like a total pro;;

Let my mom and dad try Jjapaguri!

They enjoyed it. Hehe

Valuable experience

Met up with everyone for Daeun's birthday.

Celebrating her birthday and her leaving the company!!

So delicious...

I was happy......

Good times with good people.^^

Impressive appearance

I was supposed to meet my boyfriend after work on Friday,

so I was going to go to a cafe by myself until our meeting time at 8 PM,

but Yejin asked me to go to a cafe together,

so we went to a cafe together!

Apparently, this place is famous for its jambon beurre.

The jambon salt bread sandwich is supposedly really popular...

But it closes at 5 PM on weekdays. ㅜ

How are office workers supposed to eat it? ㅜ

Valuable experience

So I sadly ate something else.

But both of those were delicious, for real for real for real.

I preferred the bottom one a little more!

It's a really pretty, large cafe.

Valuable experience

Boyfriend and I are heading there in our own cars. ^^

I took a picture because it was interesting!!!

Went to Siji with my brother for dinner.

Ugh... I originally wanted to eat at Choi-go-dang Tonkatsu,

but it was closed ㅜㅜ so we ate chicken in the Kkokko-Ajjist style.

Peaceful landscape

The Samsung Lions baseball team must have come here...!!

My car, lol.

That's my favorite spot.

It's like the chairman's seat.

It's nice because you can just go straight out.

Happy moment

The next day, Saturday!

Came to Yeungdae to see my brother.

It was my first time driving to Yeungdae ㄷㄷ

I think my driving has improved a bit?

I drive on the highway every day for work,

so I guess I've gotten used to it.

Happy moment

Our university ㅜㅜ

It's the same as it was 6 years ago.

Dinner at Yeungdae Jjo-dak!!

I want to eat it again ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ

Happy time

Geonwoo's school ㅎ

My brother bought me a huge strawberry latte~

Ten Percent Coffee was there when I went to Yeungdae,

but this was my first time trying it.

The plus size is really big.

I think it's almost 1L.

Amazing sight

I bought an iPhone for taking pictures.

But hmm,

it's not 'like' there's a crack on the screen, it's actually cracked;

I can see it well...

And a clear case for 3,000 won

and a charger for 2,000 won

I bought separately,

Happy moment

There were some unremovable scratches on the clear case,

and the charger was an 8-pin that connected via USB...

Only the charging cable is there........................

Not a scam?

?

Amazing sight

What do you guys think...

Anyway, I also paid 2,000 won for the delivery,

S6 + clear case + charging cable + delivery

I bought it for a total of 97,000 won.

Ending with the music I'm listening to now...^^

Real Korea, Curated for Global Travelers

WassupKorea is a next-generation platform designed for foreigners who want to truly experience Korea — not just as tourists, but as locals. While countless Koreans have shared their daily lives, food experiences, and cultural tips through blogs, videos, and social media, much of this valuable content remains locked behind language barriers. WassupKorea solves this by collecting and curating high-quality local content and making it accessible to global audiences through real-time AI-powered translation. Instead of superficial recommendations, users gain access to authentic, first-hand stories — from hidden street food spots to weekend mountain hikes — written by Koreans for Koreans, now reinterpreted for the world.

AI-Powered Personalization, Translation, and Voice Interaction

What sets WassupKorea apart is its deep integration of artificial intelligence at the core of the platform. AI matches users with personalized content based on their language, nationality, and travel interests. Whether you're looking for vegan Korean food in Jeonju or part-time job tips in Seoul, the platform's smart engine brings the most relevant, timely posts to the forefront. Every piece of content — blog summaries, local guides, user comments — is instantly translated using advanced AI translators. Users can also listen to posts via natural-sounding voice AI in their own language. Real-time voice translation in community chats allows for live conversations between users from different countries. With voice synthesis, AI can even "learn" your voice preferences to create a more natural and immersive experience.

A Living Community Driven by Local Content and Global Connection

WassupKorea is more than just an information portal — it’s an AI-driven community hub that grows smarter as users interact. Travelers and residents alike can share their own content via links from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or directly post on the platform. AI categorizes the content, suggests similar posts, and connects users with shared interests. Foreigners living in Korea can also access essential resources like visa tips, rental guides, job listings, and lifestyle hacks. As more content is generated and more interactions occur, the AI refines its recommendations — creating a dynamic feedback loop that benefits every user. WassupKorea bridges the gap between Korea’s deep local knowledge and the global audience eager to explore it, forming a smart, multilingual, and inclusive platform for everyone curious about life in Korea.
