My Saltwater sandals burst after only a week of wearing them! lol

Called customer service and they wouldn't exchange them, but offered a refund since I hadn't worn them for very long. Score!

They were out of stock though, which is a bummer.

Guess these shoes just weren't meant for me.

Amazing Sight

Got a HUGE watermelon from my sister's neighborhood.

It was seriously gigantic!

Usually a 7kg watermelon lasts me 3 days, but this one was so big, it took over a week to finish.

Touching Scene

Went to use my tumbler coupon at Starbucks, and found out I can't use it without bringing my tumbler. I didn't know that... ㅜㅜㅜ

Had to go all the way home and back to use it.

So annoying.

Valuable Experience

Started a diet challenge with my sister and packed what I thought was a hard-boiled egg for lunch.

Turns out it was a raw egg! ㅜㅜ

Beautiful Scenery

Made steamed eggs with a ton of chopped veggies, and it was so disgusting...

I'm starting to dislike steamed eggs now.

First day of my diet: went biking!

Peaceful Scenery

Went to Pilates, then the gym, then went biking.

Pilates, gym, biking... round 2!

Met Eun-kyo and...

Gained all the weight back haha

Charming Photo

In the summer, I need Milmyeon (Korean cold wheat noodles)!

I've been avoiding carbs, but I caved that day. lol

Fantastic Scene

Pilates, gym, biking... round 2!

Lost 2kg, then gained 3kg back after my trip to Seoul. ㅜ

Special Moment

Trip to Seoul with my sister and Jun-sang!

Ate ramen and bread at The Hyundai department store.

Even saw comedian Jung Sung-ho! lol

My battery was dying all day and I was so stressed out. lol

Glamorous Scene

Jun-sang won that!

I didn't even know you could win something that big! haha

Wonderful Photo

Went to Hongdae, ate at a famous restaurant,

and played claw machines! lol

Left is what we won, right is the real thing.

The quality difference is insane....

Hopeful Tomorrow

Ate Seoul Kimbap for dinner two days in a row.

Seoul Kimbap was so delicious!

My favorite restaurant in Seoul: Seoul Kimbap!!

(My sister says it's just regular kimbap)

Purpose of the Seoul trip: Yebon Korean Medicine Clinic

Got diagnosed with Mokyang constitution.

Supposed to be eating according to my constitution, but I haven't been able to since I got back. ㅜㅜ

Gotta check out that clinic in Daegu too.

Interesting Image

Delicious Chinese restaurant in Myeongdong!

Seoul trip was so hot.

But it was fun!

Cup Knot Wolsung Branch

Ate this last year, but suddenly craving it so much... ㅜㅜㅜ

Peaceful Scenery

Planning a move these days.

Moving plans = money plans.

It's daunting, but I have to do it somehow.

I want to decorate like that when I move.

Don't know if I can afford it. haha

Interesting Image

My kimbap was delivered like this.

All ripped apart. ㅜ

But it was still tasty.

Happy Time

My bag also broke. haha

Need to save money...

Nothing is working right. lol

Bright Future

My phone wallpaper.

Gained 3kg back and set it as my wallpaper. lol

Let's not push ourselves too hard, and stay healthy consistently!!

Beautiful Scenery

Now it's so easy to bike for an hour.

Don't eat too much, exercise regularly,

and stay healthy!!!

That's my life goal.

Real Korea, Curated for Global Travelers

WassupKorea is a next-generation platform designed for foreigners who want to truly experience Korea — not just as tourists, but as locals. While countless Koreans have shared their daily lives, food experiences, and cultural tips through blogs, videos, and social media, much of this valuable content remains locked behind language barriers. WassupKorea solves this by collecting and curating high-quality local content and making it accessible to global audiences through real-time AI-powered translation. Instead of superficial recommendations, users gain access to authentic, first-hand stories — from hidden street food spots to weekend mountain hikes — written by Koreans for Koreans, now reinterpreted for the world.

AI-Powered Personalization, Translation, and Voice Interaction

What sets WassupKorea apart is its deep integration of artificial intelligence at the core of the platform. AI matches users with personalized content based on their language, nationality, and travel interests. Whether you're looking for vegan Korean food in Jeonju or part-time job tips in Seoul, the platform's smart engine brings the most relevant, timely posts to the forefront. Every piece of content — blog summaries, local guides, user comments — is instantly translated using advanced AI translators. Users can also listen to posts via natural-sounding voice AI in their own language. Real-time voice translation in community chats allows for live conversations between users from different countries. With voice synthesis, AI can even "learn" your voice preferences to create a more natural and immersive experience.

A Living Community Driven by Local Content and Global Connection

WassupKorea is more than just an information portal — it’s an AI-driven community hub that grows smarter as users interact. Travelers and residents alike can share their own content via links from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or directly post on the platform. AI categorizes the content, suggests similar posts, and connects users with shared interests. Foreigners living in Korea can also access essential resources like visa tips, rental guides, job listings, and lifestyle hacks. As more content is generated and more interactions occur, the AI refines its recommendations — creating a dynamic feedback loop that benefits every user. WassupKorea bridges the gap between Korea’s deep local knowledge and the global audience eager to explore it, forming a smart, multilingual, and inclusive platform for everyone curious about life in Korea.
