Yeosu Seafood Paradise: A Clam Grill Adventure at Cheongchun Clam
Last weekend, when planning my trip to Yeosu, the first thing that came to mind was fresh seafood.
I was on the hunt for a clam grill restaurant located in Yeosu's Hamel Road area.
And then I found it! ✨
It was my first time visiting, so I was a little hesitant. But the reviews were good, so I went in with high expectations.
The restaurant was more spacious and cleaner than I expected. I liked the soft lighting and comfortable atmosphere.
The tables were spaced generously, so I could enjoy my meal comfortably.
Looking at the menu, there was a really wide variety of clam grill options.
Clam grill, steamed clams, scallops, cheese scallops, clam hot pot, seafood ramen, even thinly sliced pork belly… I was spoiled for choice!
After much deliberation, we ordered the cheese scallops, clam grill, and seafood ramen.
The cheese scallops that came out first were truly impressive. Big, plump scallops topped generously with cheese…
My mouth watered at the sight of the cheese stretching out.
The combination of the scallops' chewy texture and the savory cheese was fantastic!
The salty yet sweet taste had a magic that kept me eating.
Now I understand why it is famous as a clam grill restaurant in Yeosu.
And the clam grill was also excellent. It was full of fresh clams, and a fresh scent filled the air as they grilled.
It was even richer and more delicious when cooked with various vegetables.
In particular, the chewy pen shell clam was the best! It was the best clam grill in Yeosu!
The seafood ramen had a spicy and refreshing broth that was superb!
It felt like all the stress was melting away.
The noodles were chewy, and it was loaded with seafood, so I was very satisfied.
The owner was also very friendly. Taking orders and serving food like a pro!
I was impressed by how he kept checking to see if we needed anything.
If you are looking for a great restaurant in Yeosu, be sure to visit.
I think it's a place where you can truly enjoy Yeosu clam grill.
The restaurant atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I could see the care they put into it, from the small plants on each table to the pictures on the wall.
The lighting was also soft, which created a nice ambiance. I bet the view of the sea is amazing at night.
Next time, I want to try the clam hot pot or the thinly sliced pork belly. And I'm also curious about the rosé pasta!
It was the best choice during my Yeosu trip!
The price was reasonable, and the portions were generous, so I ate my fill.
I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Yeosu. 200% intention to revisit!

It's a place that has everything: fresh seafood, excellent taste, and friendly service.
