Because? It's been raining for two days straight, and...
My hospitalized husband really wanted to eat some hot pho. ㅠ
So, I visited Wolmidang, famous for its delicious pho!
The best thing about Wolmidang is that noodles and bean sprouts are unlimited!
Even my husband, who eats a lot, can enjoy a generous portion, so it's the first place that comes to mind when I think of pho.
The inside of the restaurant is longer than expected.
It's much more spacious than I thought, and the tables are large, so you can enjoy your meal comfortably.

There are also small tables for 1-2 people.
The clean white walls are accented with the Wolmidang logo, giving it a sophisticated feel.
I visited early before quitting time to quickly order takeout.
There were already customers, so I realized that this place is famous Pho restaurant~
There is a self-service bar where you can get side dishes.

The origin of ingredients is clearly marked, so you can eat with confidence.
The walls are decorated with menu posters.
Instructions on how to deliciously eat pho and bun cha are written on each table.
If it's your first time, please refer to them and enjoy!

Ordering is easy with a tablet!
In addition to pho, there are various side dishes.
I ordered several items for takeout.
They also have a full range of drinks and alcoholic beverages.
A drink with pho? It's good for drinking while curing a hangover??

The food I ordered came out in a big bag!
Let's go home quickly~~
Opening the bag, I found a generous amount of food.

The pho broth was put in a well-insulated pack to keep it from cooling down.
It was still warm even after about 2 hours.
I requested the noodles to be uncooked because I was worried that the noodles would get soggy.
They gave me soaked noodles!

The brisket and tendon were plentiful.
I ordered assorted spring rolls, so it's good to taste a variety of fried foods one bite at a time!

As soon as I took a bite, I felt like I was on a trip to Vietnam.
Banh Mi that i like~~

I ordered the half-and-half flavor.
I wanted to eat it crispy, so I lightly heated it in the air fryer.

I cut it in half~
A sandwich full of meat.

I brought an electric kettle to the hospital where my husband is!
I poured in the broth and boiled it.

After adding the fresh noodles, cook for 30 seconds.
Gently push the toppings on top.

Boil it for a moment so that the meat and broth blend together.
Here's your hot pho~

The combination of noodles and bean sprouts.
The crunchy but soft texture is the best!

The brisket keeps coming out even after eating it...
Add hoisin sauce and chili sauce to the noodles to your liking and enjoy~

Beef tendon for my husband who has joint pain.
Every spring roll is full of ingredients.

My husband says this Menbosha is the most delicious!
Great value for money and the taste speaks for itself~~
It's getting colder, so I'll be visiting more often.
