Uchujin Ramen: A Hidden Gem in Euljiro for Delicious Ramen

I visited Uchujin Ramen in Euljiro after hearing it was a truly trendy restaurant.
This is the Euljiro branch of Uchujin Ramen.
It's also famous for lunch in Euljiro, but the location is... wow. How do people find places like this?
If you come up to the 3rd floor by the stairs next to Sewoon Sangga and Daelim Sangga...
...you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with the bustling city at your feet.
There are many restaurants and cafes.
I got off the bus right in front of it, but I couldn't find the stairs and wandered around for a while, not seeing what was right in front of me.
Fortunately, there were other customers coming in after me, so I felt relieved and could enjoy my meal.
I still haven't recovered from my stomach problems.
But I keep craving spicy and stimulating foods, even though I can barely eat.
I can only eat about 1/5 of what I used to.
I remembered the Kara Ramen I had in Tokushima, so I ordered the Kara Tantanmen at Uchujin Ramen, which is known as a ramen 맛집 in Seoul.
After ordering... it seems to come out in less than 5 minutes.
I ordered it with full toppings, and the visual was so satisfying with lots of noodles and meat.
You can also adjust the spiciness.
Level 1 is about as spicy as Shin Ramyun, and there's a Level 2 spicy flavor, so I went with the spicy flavor since I wanted to eat something spicy.
The broth made my lips tingle, but it wasn't too harsh or irritating to my stomach.
Ah! Maybe it's because there was also tamago, and the noodles diluted it a bit, and various toppings like chashu...
...maybe it was a more mellow flavor because they diluted it. It was definitely more delicious to eat it with various things rather than just eating the ramen by itself.
This is the basic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen.
You can't abandon the basics. The rich and deep flavor of the tonkotsu broth with the savory taste of soy sauce that's seasoned just right...
...makes the broth even deeper and richer.
Something about looking outside and slurping up the hot broth...
...makes me think that ramen might be more atmospheric when eaten on a cold day.
Ah, eating like this makes me want to go to Japan.
The owner was decorating the walls of the store in a slightly 'dakku' (scrapbooking) style...
...which was subtly 감성 (emotional/aesthetic), and the music was J-pop or anime songs, so it really made me want to go to Japan even more.
The taste is as good as Japanese ramen, so while eating this, I hoped that my stomach would get better and my sanity would return.
I chose thin noodles for the Tonkotsu Ramen and medium noodles for the Tantanmen since I thought it would be better with the spicy and rich broth, and I think I made the right choice.
The red color... it's just a flavor that really wakes you up.
The broth tasted deeper than other places, which seemed to be a unique characteristic of Uchujin Ramen, and I really liked that I could choose the noodles to match the broth.
That's why I think I was able to enjoy it even more.
It would be good for eating alone, but the atmosphere is so nice that it would be great for a date or with friends.
It was really nice to be able to enjoy the trendy atmosphere of Euljiro from a high place.
