Hello everyone! I recently visited Gijang for some delicious shabu-shabu.
If you're looking for a great restaurant near the Busan Gijang Osiria Tourism Complex or before/after visiting Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, I highly recommend this place!
It's Shabu Haru Gijang Main Branch!
This place is quite spacious, making it perfect for family gatherings, group dinners, or meeting up with friends.
With a large parking lot that can accommodate up to 700 cars, parking is never a hassle, making it a popular spot for those visiting Osiria!
It's located near Lotte World, making it a great place to visit during your Busan trip.

One of the best things about Shabu Haru is its unlimited course. You can enjoy it for 80 minutes during lunch and 100 minutes during dinner/weekends.
The time is generous, and the quality is excellent for the price, making it a highly recommended value-for-money restaurant. Meat lovers can definitely eat their fill!
They were also running a 3rd-anniversary discount event.
With the unlimited meat course on sale, you can enjoy it at an even more affordable price if you time it right!
There's plenty of seating inside, making it a great place for gatherings in Gijang!

Plus, there's no need to worry about parking!
They also have high chairs available, making it perfect for family outings.
The menu includes Korean beef and a cypress steamer, and is divided into unlimited meat courses and basic meat courses.
If you eat a lot, the unlimited course is a great choice!
When it comes to shabu-shabu, the quality of the meat is really important, right?
Shabu Haru uses imported USDA Choice or higher-grade beef from the USA/Canada, as well as Korean pork shoulder and top-grade 1++9 Korean beef, ensuring excellent meat quality!
They even slice the meat to order without freezing it, so you can enjoy a tender and fresh taste without any unpleasant odors.

We ordered the basic meat course with 1++9 Korean beef (26,900 won per person) for three people.
Shabu Haru's signature is its salad bar!
It's made up of dishes made directly in the store, not pre-made products, so you can enjoy a healthier and fresher meal.
The vegetables and meat are all super fresh, resulting in 200% satisfaction!
When you eat shabu-shabu, you definitely end up eating a lot of vegetables. I feel like I eat almost a month's worth of vegetables in one go! That's how good it is!

The various dishes made in-house are neatly arranged, and they all look so good and appetizing. I even thought I could get full just from eating these!
There's also broth and paper for Vietnamese spring rolls, so if you like wrapping, you can take some and enjoy.
I was wondering if I should order a drink separately, but it turns out they have plum and peach iced tea, as well as coffee and ice cream!
As a plum lover, I couldn't resist and enjoyed my shabu-shabu with plum tea.

The meat comes on a unique plate. They set it up all around, and it's quite unique and visually pleasing since you don't often see this style.
Plus, the broth in the middle boils quickly, so it was great that we could enjoy it right away without having to wait.
They even use cute bear-shaped ice to keep the ingredients fresh!!

The neatly presented menu is also great for taking pictures, and I thought it was a menu that added to the fun of seeing it.
You can fill the center part with vegetables and make your own shabu-shabu.
This is the basic meat course, and they said it comes with 100g per person. So we got about 300g total.
It was a lot, and I thought even this much was too much! If you eat a lot of meat, you'll be very satisfied with the unlimited option!

Since it's 1++9 grade Korean beef, the quality looks great at first glance.
Shabu-shabu with vegetables like this is so healthy and delicious.
Being able to eat as much as you want and eating high-quality, tender meat made it a satisfying meal for everyone!
I also really love eating it wrapped in Vietnamese spring rolls. I don't think I'll ever get tired of shabu-shabu.

They also have fish cakes, so I ate those too. It's fun to add various ingredients.
Since there are so many ingredients available, it's hard to decide what to put in.
Finally, making porridge perfectly completes a fulfilling meal at Shabu Haru, a Busan Ananti 맛집 (delicious restaurant)!
After eating, you can have ice cream. They have more than 10 kinds of ice cream available. The broth was delicious, and they also sell it separately, so you can buy the shabu-shabu broth and make it deliciously at home!

If you want to enjoy fresh shabu-shabu and high-quality meat near Gijang Osiria, I highly recommend Shabu Haru Gijang Main Branch!
