If you're looking for a trendy and delicious restaurant in Songdo, I highly recommend Shabu & Cook! I've recently fallen in love with this place and have a strong feeling I'll be visiting often. It's truly a fantastic shabu-shabu restaurant in Songdo that offers incredible value for money! I'm excited to share all the details, from the interior to the food itself!
One of the main charms of Shabu & Cook is the unlimited access to basic side dishes and a diverse salad bar. It's fun to pick and choose according to your taste. The colorful ingredients were pleasing to both the eyes and the palate. Not only are vegetables and Vietnamese wraps available without limit, but also seafood like meat, shrimp, monkfish, and blue crab! You absolutely have to experience this culinary feast for yourself. Especially with the recent renovation that transformed it into an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant, the variety of menu options is a huge plus.
Another appealing aspect of Shabu & Cook is that you can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee on the outdoor terrace after your meal. On a nice day, sipping coffee in the refreshing breeze on the terrace is pure bliss! And of course, you can't skip dessert after such a great meal. Unlimited soft ice cream, fruit, cake, and other sweet treats are available, providing the perfect sweet ending.
Shabu & Cook is a great place for various gatherings, whether it's a family outing, a get-together with friends, or a company dinner. The clean and stylish interior makes any gathering comfortable and enjoyable, and the convenient parking adds to the appeal. That's why I'm planning to visit with my parents next time! The natural light streaming in through the large windows also adds to the sophisticated ambiance.
You can choose between spicy and mild broth, catering to everyone's preferences. And finally, finishing the meal with rice porridge (juk) and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) makes for a truly perfect dining experience! The smoothness and rich flavor of the porridge were a hit even with the kids. Thanks to all the thoughtfully prepared dishes, this has become a restaurant I want to visit again and again.
