Seasonal Delights: Fresh Seafood Feast in Iksan!

Seasonal food - you have to try it at least once!
This newly opened restaurant, Eoyang Fisheries, is incredibly popular, especially around 7 PM on weekends!
The reasons? Great prices, and they focus on fresh gizzard shad (jeon-eo) and shrimp!
They offer simple side dishes, a self-service corner, and unlimited self-service alcohol at an amazing price!
What about the price? And they don't even charge corkage for wine! Unbelievable... (Ask before you bring it!)
I decided to have a cider. The atmosphere was festive! I ordered a small plate of sliced raw gizzard shad.
I was very satisfied, except for the receipt being placed on top of the sashimi.
The grilled shrimp... there must have been nearly 30 of them!
They didn't have a special seasoned soybean paste (yangnyeom makjang) for the shad, so I ate it with gochujang (red pepper paste).
The shad was sliced perfectly - not too many bones, soft, and savory!
The shrimp specialist staff member was constantly busy!
I ate the shad with perilla leaves. Oh, I ate again!
I thought there was a lot of shad, but underneath there was shredded radish. Still, it wasn't like they reduced the quantity.
I took a break with the basic side dishes, then the shrimp was ready!
Just from what I could see, there were 20 shrimp!
I cut off all the heads at once and prepared to peel them.
I ordered the heads to be butter-grilled!
Tender and savory!

Shrimp ramen is only 5,000 won!
How are they making any profit? Amazing!
The shrimp heads are the best!
Being able to eat seasonal seafood in such generous portions at such great prices!
Definitely a place to go with a group, order all kinds of shad, and enjoy the shrimp too!
They'll have steamed oysters and yellowtail in the winter, so I'm already looking forward to it!
