I recently visited Minsochon Garden, located in Yesan, Chungnam!

Yesan, Chungnam, has so much to offer, from delicious restaurants to interesting sights! It's especially known for its famous temples, so I recommend visiting at least once! I considered going to Sudeoksa Temple in Yesan again this time, but it was too hot that day, so I skipped it!

I headed straight to Minsochon Garden for some replenishing Herbal Duck Baeksuk (Korean ginseng chicken soup)! It's my go-to restaurant! This was my second visit.

Here's the entrance to Minsochon Garden.

The restaurant is quite large, so after eating, we sat around with Chaltteok (a baby) near the restaurant, took some pictures, and enjoyed a bit of leisure time!

There were a total of five of us, including the baby, so we reserved a quiet room! Of course, Chaltteok joined us! I called ahead to confirm that we could reserve a room with a baby.

It was such a quiet, cozy space where we could open the window and enjoy the scenery!

The restaurant's signature dish is Oh-Hyang Duck (Five Spice Duck)! The owner even said, 'Our Oh-Hyang Duck is really delicious! You should definitely try it!'

But I ordered the Herbal Duck Baeksuk again!

Even though it was hot, I wanted to eat something hot to beat the heat! Also, Chaltteok had been sick for about two weeks, so I was exhausted too. I wanted to get some energy!

Ta-da! The broth was rich and flavorful and tasted as great as it looked! Delicious duck covered with chives and cordyceps!

Even a member of our party who is sensitive to poultry smells said it was so delicious and that they would come back again!

The side dishes weren't numerous, but they were all neat and delicious and went well together!

And after eating the duck, you can enjoy duck porridge with sticky rice!

Oh! I also ordered Susu Bukkumi (sorghum pancake) as a side dish! The chewy glutinous rice was filled with red bean paste and was crispy like a fritter and sweet like a red bean rice cake!

I was so busy eating that the picture isn't great...^^;;; I ate two of them myself! LOL!

This is a place where people can come out after their meal and chat! There were already many families occupying the area. We filled our stomachs and headed to a nearby famous cafe to enjoy some coffee and conversation!

This is my second visit! I recommend it if you're planning a trip to Yesan, Chungnam!

One small regret... It's often crowded, so it can be chaotic ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ. The staff are also busy, and the owner is too, so if you ask for one thing, they might bring you something else...^^;;

But it's so delicious that I forgive them!

Thank you for reading this long review!
