Ramen Delight: A Perfect Slurp on a Cold Day
It's gotten so cold lately,
so I came to slurp some ramen!
It was a bit hard to find since it's in a shopping center,
but this sign helped,
and I knew I was in the right place!
When you go inside, there's a kiosk at the entrance,
where you order and say how many people are in your party,
and then they seat you.
You can choose your noodle type when you order.
I like the thin, chewy noodles, so I went with the fine noodles!
The interior is so trendy these days.
Cuuuute.
The seating is a bar table, as expected in a ramen shop,
but the opposite side is blocked at eye level, so it's not awkward.
While waiting for the ramen, I read the instructions on each table,
and then,
ta-da! The ramen arrived.
Tonkotsu Shoyu, ₩11,000
Deliiiicious.
But it was a little salty for me,
so I asked for extra broth and added it.
Rice is also provided for free,
so if you need it, definitely add it to your ramen!
Worth visiting again!
