Mackerel Hot Stone Pot Rice / Bulgogi Hot Stone Pot Rice
Just looking at the generous portions of various vegetables, mackerel, and bulgogi makes my mouth water! 🤤
The basic side dishes are kimchi radish, pickled peppers, seaweed soup, and seaweed sheets. Even the basic side dishes were delicious.
This is the Mackerel Hot Stone Pot Rice I ordered! Such a dazzling visual ✨
The mackerel on top is boneless, making it very easy to eat with the rice. The mackerel was also seasoned perfectly to eat with the rice.
Scallions, king oyster mushrooms, carrots, and burdock root are served on top. The burdock root is the highlight! It's braised in a sweet soy sauce, so mixing it with the salty mackerel and various vegetables is so delicious~!!! I haven't had hot stone pot rice often, but it's my first time having hot stone pot rice with burdock root and it was really good!!
They use high-quality handmade ingredients perfected with 45 years of experience and cook immediately upon ordering, which is why the quality of the taste is exceptional ✨
Katsuo dashi broth is available on one side of the restaurant so you can pour it over the hot stone pot rice and eat it as ochazuke. I discovered it too late and couldn't try it. Next time, I'll definitely try it as ochazuke~! 😋
This is the Bulgogi Hot Stone Pot Rice that my companion ordered.
The bulgogi is generously piled on top and the bright yellow yolk looks so delicious, doesn't it?
The combination of sweet bulgogi and various vegetables in hot stone pot rice is a flavor that Koreans of all ages will love! It's something that kids will enjoy, too.
Finished it off with a refreshing Zero Coke 🥤
Overall:
The price of the hot stone pot rice is reasonable and the menu is healthy and not too stimulating, making it perfect for a lunch meal. The hot stone pot rice is also clean and light, so it's easy on the stomach.
I highly recommend Nyan Nya Kun for lunch near Hongdae Entrance Station! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
