My Experience with Mei Ta Wang Egg Tart

Mei Ta Wang
I never thought I would get to try Mei Ta Wang after failing to visit Seoul.
But here I am, enjoying it! The stylish Tomato brought me some from Seoul. Yay!
I was eagerly waiting for the end of the workday, seriously! Haha!
It’s been almost ten years since we last met, and I ended up eating egg tarts instead of my usual chicken snacks.
I felt like I was elevating my status, almost like going back to middle school.
Oh, how I missed my benefactor!
The Mei Ta Wang egg tarts were surprisingly heavy, and I was thrilled by the buttery aroma as I arrived home.
I even received some beautiful photos from the stylish Tomato, who knew I was writing a blog!
They looked exquisite! Ah!
The packaging was already tempting.
The idea of salted egg tarts reminded me of Taiwanese salted coffee.
It was absolutely delicious!
When I opened the box, the visual appeal made me squeal with excitement.
The buttery scent filled the air as I took photos.
Someone should release this scent as a candle!
All the pastry lovers would buy it!
I’ve never seen an egg tart this heavy before.
I wanted to take a photo of it cut in half.
(The lighting was great, but I need to get better lighting for photos.)
I want to take prettier and tastier photos!
Check out the egg filling, everyone!
This is not a steamed egg; it’s an egg tart!
Though usually larger than financiers, I’ve often seen smaller egg tarts.
But Mei Ta Wang is truly the king of egg tarts!
The combination of flavors was stress-relieving.
I prepared coffee thinking it would be necessary, but it wasn’t!
The German pearl salt on top of the tart was a real kicker.
The filling was like pudding, with a crispy pastry.
The vanilla bean aroma was perfect.
There was so much filling, and there was no fishy smell from the eggs, which was great!
How can I go back to ordinary egg tarts after this?
Everything I’ve had until now feels fake compared to this!
Holding it in my hand and taking a big bite is the best way to enjoy Mei Ta Wang!
Tomato Tomato, who introduced me to Mei Ta Wang, is the best!
It’s exhilarating!
Let’s make sure everyone tries Mei Ta Wang egg tarts!
