After my recent trip to Jeju, I want to share a review of a restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. It's a place I really want to recommend!

1. Shockingly Affordable Prices

The first thing that shocked me was the price! They were offering a 50% discount as part of their 4th-anniversary celebration. I couldn't believe that the price was around 30,000 won per kilogram for aged black pork. This is an incredible deal!

2. Close to Hyeopjae Beach

This restaurant is conveniently located just a 5-6 minute drive from Hyeopjae Beach, making it perfect for a visit before or after enjoying the ocean views.

3. Private Parking Available

There is a dedicated parking lot, so parking was hassle-free. It can accommodate around 10 cars.

4. Interior Reflecting Jeju's Charm

The interior is stunning! It creates a perfect atmosphere for a date, cozy yet elegant without being overwhelming. The wooden walls and basalt rock are harmoniously combined, and the soft lighting makes it feel less like a typical meat restaurant.

5. Ordering from the Menu

We ordered 600g of black pork neck. This isn't just any black pork; it's aged using a special technique. Although I didn't fully understand the details, I was told it is much more flavorful than regular black pork.

As we waited for our order, the side dishes started coming out one by one. The staff was very friendly and explained each unfamiliar side dish to us.

The fresh wrap vegetables were crisp and full of moisture. The kimchi stew we enjoyed while waiting was delicious, with a rich flavor from the aged kimchi.

When the black pork finally arrived, it was beautifully presented. The marbling was impressive, and as it sizzled on the grill, the aroma was mouthwatering.

We paired the perfectly cooked pork with wasabi and served it with sesame leaves, creating a delightful combination of flavors.

To finish, we enjoyed a refreshing bibim-naengmyeon (cold mixed noodles), which helped cleanse the palate after the rich meal. The noodles were chewy, and the seasoning was well-mixed.

Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations in terms of value, ambiance, and service. If I plan another trip to the west side of Jeju, I will definitely include this restaurant in my itinerary!
