Kim Chun Jang: A Delicious Late-Night Chinese Food Find Near Centum Hospital

After a visit to Centum Hospital, I was wandering around looking for a late-night dinner spot when I stumbled upon this place!
I arrived later than I expected, and wasn't sure if they'd be open, but thanks to the kind owner, I had a comfortable and delicious meal.
Kim Chun Jang
I think this could become my go-to Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood! The place is clean and the seating is neat – good!
When I come to a Chinese restaurant, I always want to try everything...
I want *tangsu yuk* (sweet and sour pork), *jjampong* (spicy seafood noodle soup), and *jajangmyeon* (black bean noodles)...
I'm not the only one who feels greedy, right?
That's why I usually order a set menu!
You can order using the kiosk at the table.
This isn't a photo to show off the *soju*. I was just trying to capture the ordered menu!
Soju for ₩4,000 is a great deal. Very good!
At the self-serve bar, you can get more pickled radish (*danmuji*) and onions, and any other utensils you might need.
Each table has vinegar and chili powder~
Basic pickled radish and onion set!
Making the sauce to pour over the *tangsu yuk*.
A neat display of liquor!
Since it's a Chinese restaurant, *gaoliang liquor* and Tsingtao beer are noticeable.
Ordered Menu: Set Menu - Pork *Tangsu Yuk* + *Jajangmyeon* + Seafood *Jjampong*: ₩28,000 + *Soju* ₩4,000
Here comes the *tangsu yuk*!
The sauce is already poured on top! I usually prefer dipping the meat in the sauce...
I was so hungry that I didn't even think much about it.
Since it's a set menu, the portions aren't huge, but it was the perfect amount!
I wanted to show the portion size, so here's a hand comparison photo!
The sauce is rich.
Sweet and sour – a great combination!
I enjoyed it.
The kernels of corn in the *jajangmyeon* are so cute! Great color contrast.
Sprinkling chili powder on top.
Not spicy at all!
The set is complete with the addition of *jjampong*!
Seafood *jjampong*.
Topped with chives and plenty of seafood.
Looks delicious!
The broth was refreshing.
Stirring with my right hand, stirring with my left hand!
The noodles weren't too thick, which was perfect for me.
That chili oil-filled *jjampong* broth... Makes me want it.
Posting this without having dinner yet.
Have a bite!
I had a really delicious meal at Kim Chun Jang, a Chinese restaurant I unexpectedly entered!
Another delicious restaurant near Centum Hospital has been added to the list!
Solo dining is possible here! When we went, we saw two people dining alone.
It's a neighborhood gem.
If they deliver, I'll have to order next time.
