It seems like they also serve Black Bean Kongguksu (cold soybean noodle soup) in the summer. I've never tried Kongguksu at a Chinese restaurant, so I'm curious how it would taste!
The restaurant is quite spacious inside. It's a good place to come for a meal with a group!

They also have a new menu item, Spicy Tray Jajang!
I ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice (₩10,000), and my friends ordered Fried Rice (₩9,000) and Seafood Jjamppong (₩10,000).
Each table has paper cups, vinegar, chili powder, and soy sauce.
These are the basic side dishes you find at Chinese restaurants!
Onions, pickled radish, and kimchi! The kimchi here isn't too sweet and has a refreshing taste. It's delicious!
The Shrimp Fried Rice I ordered came out!
I like that Honam Jeilmun Jjamppong provides Jjamppong broth when you order fried rice!
Here's the regular Fried Rice and Seafood Jjamppong that my friends ordered!!!
The Seafood Jjamppong has a refreshing and spicy broth. I usually order Jjamppong or Jjamppong Rice when I come here :)
I only ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, but it's so generous!
Mix it with the provided Jajang sauce~
Put a plump shrimp on top and enjoy~
Can you see the size of the shrimp!? It's a pretty big size and has a lot of meat!!!
The Jajang sauce is the same as the regular Jajangmyeon sauce. It has a sweet Jajang flavor. It's so delicious when you mix it with the fried rice!
Eat it with the delicious kimchi~
Jeilmun Jjamppong in Palbok-dong, Jeonju is a place where you can enjoy delicious Jjamppong and Shrimp Fried Rice.
Before, when I ordered Ganjajang, it came out like regular Jajangmyeon, poured over the noodles, which was a bit surprising^^;
Seeing my friends and I hesitate, the server said that the chef must be new... I wondered if they didn't know that Ganjajang is supposed to be served with the sauce separate...?
Since then, I haven't ordered Jajangmyeon, but I enjoy the Jjamppong, which has a smoky flavor and is spicy and stimulating.
The Shrimp Fried Rice, which has quite a few plump shrimp, is nice because it comes with Jajang sauce and Jjamppong broth. The seasoning is just right, and it's perfect when you mix it with the Jajang sauce!!
