Jangin Dakgalbi: A Must-Try Spicy Korean Chicken Restaurant in Changwon!

Hello! Today, I'm excited to introduce Jangin Dakgalbi, a fantastic Dakgalbi restaurant located in Sangnam-dong, Changwon.
I'm a big Dakgalbi fan and have tried it in many places, but Jangin Dakgalbi really stood out to me for its excellent value for money, from the price to the overall composition of the meal.
What made it even more memorable was that the basic Dakgalbi option came with cheese included – it was a first for me!
The restaurant's clean and modern exterior was a pleasant surprise, and it built up my anticipation even before entering. It seems like a popular spot with great value because it was already packed on a Monday!
Jangin Dakgalbi is a well-known brand in trendy areas like Gangnam and Myeongdong in Seoul, so I knew I could trust it. And it lived up to the hype!
The menu was conveniently displayed in front of the restaurant, making it easy to see the prices and options at a glance. The basic Dakgalbi is only 12,000 won and includes cheese – incredible value! I was happy I didn't have to pay extra for the cheese.
The interior was surprisingly spacious and clean, with a modern design and warm lighting that created a comfortable dining atmosphere. The tables were spaced out nicely, making it a great place to visit with a group. It would be perfect for company dinners or family gatherings.
They were also running an event where you could get a free drink by leaving a review on Naver. I definitely wasn't going to pass up on that!
Besides the basic Dakgalbi, they also offered a variety of add-ons, such as rice cakes, sweet potatoes, and ramen noodles. Adding these to your Dakgalbi will definitely take the flavor to the next level!
Instead of bringing out side dishes to the table, they had a self-service bar. There, I could find lettuce, perilla leaves, salad, pickled radish, and garlic, so I could enjoy as much as I wanted.
I also tried their Lucky BonBon drink, which is one of their best-selling beverages. I expected it to be just a sweet drink, but it had pieces of mandarin orange in it, giving it a fresh juice vibe. It wasn't too sweet and had a refreshing taste that paired surprisingly well with the Dakgalbi.
The Dakgalbi was cooked immediately after ordering, so I didn't have to wait long before I could dig in. It came with a generous amount of cheese, and the stringy, melted cheese looked amazing! They use Korean chicken and mozzarella cheese, which made the overall flavor deeper and cleaner.
Wrapping the Dakgalbi with pickled radish on a perilla leaf and taking a bite was heavenly! Adding the cheese to it made it an incredible combination.
The highlight of the meal after finishing the Dakgalbi is definitely the fried rice! They fry rice in the leftover sauce, creating a savory and crispy fried rice. It's the perfect way to end the meal on a high note.
If you're looking for a great Dakgalbi restaurant in Sangnam-dong, Changwon, I highly recommend Jangin Dakgalbi. They have a special recipe made with Korean chicken and mozzarella cheese, a clean interior, and an unlimited self-service bar. The price, taste, and atmosphere are all fantastic, and I was really satisfied with my experience. If you're in Sangnam-dong and craving Dakgalbi, be sure to give it a try!
