As someone who loves lamb and eats it regularly, I couldn't resist visiting the new Igane Lamb Skewers in Sadang.
It's conveniently located within a 2-minute walk from Exit 11 of Sadang Station, in the food alley.
I didn't realize the Sadang Station food alley was so big!

It's been about three weeks since they opened, and they're still running opening promotions, so hurry and visit!
Lamb ribs for ₩22,000? A must-go!
Since it's newly opened, the interior is naturally clean.
I visited on a Friday evening and it was packed, so I had to wait a bit. I waited for about 20 minutes to get in. They don't have a system like Tableing yet, but they operate by writing names on a whiteboard and the owner calls you.

The menu at Igane Lamb Skewers Sadang Branch is simple.
However, it has all the essential items a lamb skewer restaurant should have!
Eggplant dish, 꿔바로우 (Guobaorou), corn noodles!
Igane Lamb Skewers is famous for its sirloin skewers and king lamb skewers, but since I've had them at other branches, I ordered two servings of lamb ribs this time!
Originally ₩26,000, but it's on sale for ₩22,000, so great!

Igane Lamb Skewers' signature homemade soy sauce.
Spicy Cheongyang chili peppers cut through the greasiness.
And then 쯔란 (Tziran), a must-have seasoning for lamb.
The side dishes provided are pickled radish and roasted peanuts.

There were four ribs. Two per serving!

The lamb ribs came out quickly almost as soon as I ordered them.
They come pre-cooked, so we just need to grill them lightly. So convenient!!
Also, the staff grills them for you, so you can just sit still and they'll take care of everything.
Other places serve raw lamb ribs, but here they come pre-cooked!
Less oil splattering and less time, which is great.

Igane is most delicious when eaten medium to medium-well, and that's how they grill it.
I don't mind eating it rare...
I moved it briefly to take a picture and got a smoke bomb.

I even bought lamb from Emart and grilled it before.
I like both lamb and 쯔란 (Tziran).
Two servings of lamb ribs may be enough for two adults.
But I ordered 꿔바로우 (Guobaorou) because if you come to a lamb skewer restaurant and don't order it, you'll get arrested by some law.
Look at the amount...

꿔바로우 (Guobaorou) is ₩21,000, but the amount is really huge!
It was so much that it would be perfect to order one if you come with four people.
It was 꿔바로우 (Guobaorou) with sugar well-coated like 탕후루 (Tanghulu).
And I added corn noodles even though I was full...^^

However... the disappointing thing is... the corn noodles came out 40 minutes after I ordered them....
The staff were so busy....
I kept asking when it would come out, but they said it would come out in the order I ordered it, so I kept waiting...
The kitchen kept bringing out only 꿔바로우 (Guobaorou), so I thought something was wrong with the system...

I saw other tables asking when the corn noodles would come out besides us, so ㅠ
I hope this part is improved a little. Then the table turnover rate will be faster....
It must have been because it was so busy on a Friday night ㅠㅠ

Still, it was delicious corn noodles.
It had kimchi in it, so it felt a bit like kimchi stew.
It was spicy and delicious.
