Today, I'm introducing you to
Heukbaek Samgyeopsal, a restaurant specializing in half black pork and half white pork ogyeopsal (pork belly) in Bongmyeong-dong, Daejeon!
The location is in Bongmyeong-dong, Daejeon, in the direction of Gapcheon River from Usan Street, on the first floor of the building next to CU.
- 12-minute walk from Yuseong Oncheon Station Exit 7
- 12-minute walk from the main entrance of Chungnam National University
I was wondering if there would be parking available around the Bongmyeong-dong food street, but there was a private parking lot on the first floor of the building, which was convenient.

I ordered this because I wanted to have rice with spicy kimchi stew. It wasn't a deep, spicy flavor, but a light and clear broth.

250g of Jirisan Black Pork + 250g of Barley White Pork
This is the main menu of 'Heukbaek Samgyeopsal'!
It's a half-and-half ogyeopsal that comes with the finest black pork raised in the clean area of Jirisan and the highest quality white pork that has been selected and fed barley for 60 days.
A distinctive feature is the abundance of fat.
Unlike regular pork belly, it has a chewy texture like pork jowl, which is amazing and excellent!
