If there's one dish I highly recommend at Hapcheon Illyu Pork Rice Soup, it's Pork Udon.
It has a different charm than regular Pork Rice Soup. The chewy udon noodles go well with the rich pork broth, making it a great way to enjoy a unique soup flavor.
It basically contains seasoning, so it has a moderately spicy flavor, but it wasn't too spicy, so it was actually pretty good.
It felt like it captured the greasiness and had a savory flavor.

I usually like udon noodles, and I never thought I would eat them in the soup of pork rice soup... It was refreshing and amazing, but it was also delicious and addictive.
The noodles absorbed the soup, so every time I chewed, the savory and rich flavor of the pork rice soup came alive, making it a great dish for a hangover.
If you want to experience the soup of pork rice soup and the chewy noodles together, you should try it.
You can eat it neatly without any fishy smell or odor of pork, so I recognized it as a Pork Rice Soup 맛집 (Tasty Restaurant).

Rice is unlimited at the self-service bar, so if you eat the noodles and add rice to the remaining soup, you can easily finish a bowl of rice.
The taste of the warm broth, the texture of the chewy noodles, and the reasonable price for the generous portion made me feel like I had a simple yet proper meal.

One downside was that the kimchi and radish kimchi side dishes were delicious, but the other side dishes were a little stale.
That was the only disappointing part, but the kimchi and radish kimchi can be refilled at the self-service bar, and the kimchi tasted amazing.
The combination of rice and kimchi was a great match.
It was so delicious that I cleaned my bowl.

It was my boyfriend's first time trying pork rice soup, and he enjoyed it even more than I did.
Pork Rice Soup is a dish that has mixed reviews, and I was worried that he might not like it, but it's a strength that it's clean and savory without any fishy smell or odor.
