This was the first stop on my Busan trip!
I came here to try a unique dish called 'Sea Anemone Suyuk'.
We took a taxi from Busan Station since we were traveling by foot, but there's parking right in front of the cart bar!

I just came thinking there would be seats since it was early, but it seems like you can make reservations using the listed number!

I really love the outdoor dining atmosphere, and it's combined with the sea????
I felt great as soon as I sat down with the open view.
After ordering,
Boiled whelk, tangerines, corn, boiled crab, vegetables, etc.
The side dishes and alcohol were set up first.
Since I'm in Busan, I have to drink Daesun soju, right?
Are we heavy drinkers????
It was fascinating that several cart bars were connected in a line!
There were quite a few people who came to Hakri Breakwater to enjoy daytime drinking????

It seems a bit expensive for the portion~
Fresh seafood and the sea breeze make the alcohol go down smoothly????

Finally, the sea anemone suyuk I've been waiting for has arrived!
It comes with grilled with salt and seasoning.
I ordered the portion for three people (₩40,000), so it was a lot for two people to eat.
It's an unfamiliar menu and an unfamiliar visual,
So I couldn't predict the taste lol.

The taste was also something I'd never tasted before!
It has a soft and chewy texture,
It's like eating the inside of a huge giant clam...?
I wanted to capture the chewiness,
But it's not well expressed lol.
I usually eat everything well,
So I enjoyed the sea anemone suyuk, but
My friend was uncomfortable with the soft and chewy texture of the suyuk,
And didn't eat much after a few bites... (We ended up leaving a lot ㅠ)
So I ordered ramen as an addition.
An outdoor area with a view of the sea that is great to visit in the fall!
