Gacha Fun at Starfield COEX Mall: A Beginner's Paradise!

Hello!
It's Memoping!
Today, I visited COEX Mall.
Located conveniently between Bongeunsa Station and Samseong Station, Starfield COEX Mall has so many things to see and do!
I checked out the Gacha Zone on the B1 floor, which I've been really into lately.
The Capsule Pang Starfield COEX Mall is located at 513 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
It's open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and features card-operated gacha machines.
This is the outside of the store.
Starfield COEX Mall is located on the B1 floor, and I took the escalator down.
Seeing all the gacha machines lined up already makes my heart full!
Here's an overview of the area.
It seems like there are a lot of things to do in the basement, as there are arcades and a Gundam Base on either side.
Here is the inside of the store.
The gacha machines are well-organized and divided into different sections.
This section features popular Sanrio characters and various "Mochibouke" (When Will It Come?) series.
This gacha zone isn't really for seasoned collectors.
It's more for beginners who are trying out gacha for the first time.
Places like Hongdae or the International Electronics Center, which are famous for gacha, are very crowded and can be overwhelming.
This quieter place seems perfect for beginners.
The best part is that it's a card-operated gacha machine, so you don't have to exchange cash.
I've been to many gacha shops, and while card gacha is convenient, it does tend to be a bit more expensive overall.
In the middle, there's a random gacha! Haha.
Even though gacha is already random, betting on what will come out of this is for true dopamine addicts!
I looked at various gacha machines, and it seems like the "Hanging" series is popular these days.
Capsule Pang seems to reflect the latest gacha trends quite quickly.
I was able to find the latest gacha releases that are currently popular in Hongdae.
However, I recommend this place because it's more accessible than Hongdae and less crowded.
My wish is Cardcaptor Sakura! (laughs)
I mentioned that there is a Gundam Base to the right, right?
Inside the Gundam Base, they don't just sell Gundam models, but there's also an official Bandai Gashapon gacha zone.
I took a picture for comparison.
However, this gacha zone only has about 15 machines.
Some of them overlap with Capsule Pang.
For reference, the gacha inside the Gundam Base is cheaper!!
If you have a wish list and there are overlapping machines, I recommend checking out both places and going to the one you want.
It's more advantageous to do it at a place that's even 1000 won cheaper. Haha.
This is the gacha zone inside the Gundam Base.
This is also a card-operated gacha machine.
Perhaps because it's official Bandai, there are some items that are about 1000 won cheaper than Capsule Pang, so be sure to check both places.
I hope you have fun with gacha!
Thank you for reading today!
