A few days ago, I visited a restaurant called Namun Daege with friends for a late lunch and early dinner.

This place offers reasonably priced crab dishes in line with the market rates for Yeongdeok crab, known for its excellent yield and quality.

Located just a two-minute drive from Ganggu Bridge, it's easy to find, thanks to its large building that catches the eye.

The restaurant operates from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and there is ample parking available, including valet service, making it very convenient.

Upon entering, a large tank filled with fresh crabs immediately grabs your attention, allowing you to choose your preferred size and type of crab.

Next to it, a steamer continuously emits steam, filling the air with a tantalizing aroma of the sea, making you eager to taste the dishes.

The interior features spacious tables, ensuring a quiet dining experience, and if you sit by the window, you can enjoy a stunning sea view while you eat.

After perusing the menu, which includes various courses and à la carte options, we decided to order a crab course for our group.

Our meal began with a delightful assortment of seafood appetizers, which heightened our anticipation.

We started with the sashimi, which was fresh and flavorful, with a delightful balance of sea and savory notes that stimulated our appetites.

The octopus served as a boiled dish was another highlight, tender and juicy, providing a unique taste experience.

The flounder sashimi was generously sliced and beautifully presented, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Each piece of sashimi dipped in a savory sauce was a burst of flavor, making it exceptionally enjoyable.

We also savored crispy sweet potato fries and shrimp tempura, which were perfectly cooked without any greasy aftertaste.

The crab legs topped with cheese were a standout, with the cheese melting perfectly over the succulent crab meat.

The variety of dishes available at Namun Daege kept our taste buds entertained, especially when combined with flavorful sauces.

We concluded our meal with crab fried rice, which was delicious and perfectly seasoned, and added spicy red crab ramen for a delightful contrast.

After our meal, we enjoyed some slushies and coffee at Café Bom, where we relaxed with a lovely view of the sea.

Finally, we visited Baeknyeon Miga to try the Yeongdeok crab bread, which was rich in flavor and not overly sweet.

Our final stop was Tamna Restaurant, where we enjoyed fresh seafood dishes, including a delightful sea urchin bibimbap.

Overall, this culinary journey in Yeongdeok was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning.
