Presenting the Flounder Sashimi, Sea Eel, and Striped Mullet!
Flounder Sashimi with a Beautiful Sheen, Perfect Even Down to the Fin
Flounder Sashimi (₩25,000)
It was incredibly fresh and the thickness was the perfect balance between thick and thin, resulting in a delightfully chewy texture.
The fin was savory and chewy, making me think, 'Ah, flounder is all about the fin!'
Wrapping it in perilla leaves or lettuce enhances the aromatic flavors.
Crunchy Sea Eel (Se-kkosi), a Perfect Match with Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
Half-order of Sea Eel (Se-kkosi) (₩11,000)
I tried it for the first time this year and I'm hooked!
The crunchy texture is so appealing, and it's bursting with flavor when dipped in gochujang.
The subtle sweetness that emerges as you chew made it the perfect accompaniment to soju. >_<
Clean and Refreshing Flavor: Striped Mullet
Striped Mullet (₩20,000)
The delicate sweetness gently spreads in your mouth.
The texture is incredibly smooth and has less oiliness.
The clean aftertaste was excellent!
Striped Mullet Pairs Well with Wasabi and Perilla Leaf White Kimchi
Because of its clean and refreshing flavor,
it's delicious with just a touch of wasabi and gochujang, or wrapped in perilla leaves.
Chewy and Savory Flavor of the Sea: Half-order of Rockfish Sashimi
Half-order of Rockfish Sashimi (₩13,000)
Rockfish sashimi is firm, chewy, and absolutely irresistible.
With each chew, a subtle sweetness and the aroma of the sea spread, and its savory flavor comes alive within the light taste!
Golden Grilled Mackerel
Grilled Mackerel (₩11,000)
The outside is perfectly browned and the inside is cooked moist.
You can taste the nutty flavor of mackerel.
Mackerel is boneless, making it easy to eat, and I was surprised by how large it was.
Freshly Cooked Dolsot Rice and Refreshing Seaweed Soup
The freshly cooked dolsot rice has perfectly separated grains.
The seaweed soup was refreshing and flavorful.
A piece of mackerel with a spoonful of dolsot rice, followed by a sip of seaweed soup, was the perfect finish.

The half-portion option is especially great for those who want to try multiple types of seafood!
I highly recommend it!!
The grilled fish and dolsot rice combination was just as satisfying as the sashimi.
Even if you're not in the mood for sashimi, this place is perfect for a satisfying meal!!
