Do-yaji Gong-bang: A New Must-Try Korean BBQ Spot in Jamsilsaenae!

Hello!
I recently visited Do-yaji Gong-bang, a newly opened Korean BBQ restaurant in Jamsilsaenae!
Do-yaji Gong-bang
Address: 1st floor, 16-16, Baekjegobun-ro 7-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul
It's about 494m from Sports Complex Station Exit 9.
Hours: Daily 16:00 - 01:00
Last Order: 00:30
Every time I passed by, I noticed the sign saying that the meat is fully cooked before serving. I finally got to try it!
They have a menu displayed in front of the restaurant.
Reservations can be made through Naver!
Tip: You can get a free bottle of Soju or a hangover ramen coupon when you make a reservation through Naver!
They offer a whopping 15 side dishes, and as an opening event, they're offering Soju and Beer for only ₩2,000 each and corkage is free!
Isn't this unbelievably appealing for drinkers?!
They also have parking space for up to 3 cars, making it convenient if you're driving. If the parking lot is full, you can use the nearby public parking lots.
Here's how Do-yaji Gong-bang looks like!
There are outdoor tables ready for the customers to enjoy their meal.
The interior has a traditional feel and is clean and pleasant.
They also have group seating, making it great for company dinners and gatherings!
They even have private rooms!
We got a table and ordered the Do-yaji Special Platter and the Medium Do-yaji Platter.
(Pork Cheek, Skirt Meat, Pork Rind)
Each table has a QR code, so you can easily order from your phone.
The side menu has a variety of options like fried rice, ramen, soybean paste stew, and soybean paste rice, I wanted to try everything!
After much consideration, I ordered the Spicy Soybean Paste Rice!
They provide disposable aprons if you need one.
After ordering, the table was set with side dishes and steamed eggs!
You might think that having 15 side dishes is just about filling the number, but you'd be wrong!
From chives and green onion salad to ssam vegetables, and sides that go well with meat like green onion salad, perilla leaf pickles, onion pickles, kimchi, and bean sprout salad... (everything was delicious)
The sauces were also diverse: salted seafood sauce and wasabi.
The thinly sliced spicy chili peppers made into pickles were also so good!!
The steamed eggs were soft and fluffy.
The meat was quickly cooked and served.
These days, it's too hot to even think about going out for BBQ, but it's such a joy to sit in a cool place and eat cooked meat.
The table was full of goodness, including chives and bean sprouts.
Let's start with Soju and Beer at ₩2,000 each!
The Soybean Paste Rice also came out, and I highly recommend ordering either the Soybean Paste Stew or the Soybean Paste Rice!
It's rich, delicious, and full of flavor. It was so good that it would be great to have one per person.
So delicious!
And the well-cooked meat and pork rinds...
The pork cheek and skirt meat, which were well-prepared with no fishy taste and were thick and chewy, were delicious on their own.
It was also delicious to dip them in the various sauces provided! And it was nice that it tasted different every time I ate it with ssam vegetables + side dishes.
Super delicious!
The pork rind, when eaten with a combination of Donkatsu sauce and breadcrumbs, was unique and chewy - a recommended combination.
I wanted to finish with fried rice, but I was too full, so I had to save it for next time.
Do-yaji Gong-bang in Jamsilsaenae was friendly, delicious, affordable, and convenient, making it a very attractive place!
I was very satisfied! ~_~
