Hello, this is Richlady!

Isn’t the weather lovely these days?

There is a bit of temperature variation, but

it’s neither too hot nor too cold,

just perfectly mild!

This is the time to head outside!

Recently, I often visit Itaewon.

From Hannam-dong to Noksapyeong,

you can enjoy various vibes,

and there are many exotic cafes and restaurants,

making you feel like you’re abroad!

It’s like a free foreign trip, haha.

Moreover, I had a great opportunity

to visit a charming pasta restaurant in Itaewon,

and I wanted to share it with you!

It’s called 'Turret'!

Address: 2nd Floor, Eunyung Building, 136-1 Itaewon-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul

Operating Hours: Wed-Fri (12 PM - 10 PM / 3 PM - 5 PM Break Time)

Last Order: (2 PM / 9 PM)

Sat-Sun (12:30 PM - 10 PM / 3:30 PM - 5 PM Break Time)

Last Order: (2:30 PM / 9 PM)

Closed on Mon and Tue

Parking: Available at the Yongsan District Office parking lot, a 5-minute walk away.

Turret is located right across from the public restroom in Itaewon.

It is recognized by the Blue Ribbon Survey

and is famous as a representative wine bar in Itaewon!

The view is incredible!

You can see all of Itaewon at a glance

and feel the change of seasons.

There’s also a spacious table for six,

perfect for family gatherings!

They also offer group reservations.

The wine list is impressive!

I have never seen such a friendly note in a restaurant before.

From rich, high-quality wines to budget-friendly options,

you can feel the owner’s thoughtful consideration.

Additionally, the staff recommended wines that paired well with our food,

and they were spot on!

If you feel shy asking the staff,

you can scan a code to enter your preferences

and receive wine recommendations!

Besides bottles, they also offer glass wines, refreshing draft beers, and Italian cocktails,

and I just love it here!

Plus, there’s a 1+1 corkage fee benefit!

When you order one bottle of Turret wine or request a corkage bottle,

you get another corkage bottle for free!

(The basic corkage fee is 30,000 KRW)

They are also running a review event,

so there’s no reason not to participate!

I arrived at 1 PM, but the steak I wanted to try

was already sold out. Why is it so popular?

Unfortunately, I ordered the lemon butter fish and uni pasta!

They serve house-made focaccia bread as a starter,

and it’s delicious just dipped in olive oil!

The dishes prepared by a chef with 15 years of experience are just incredible!

The butter sauce with a refreshing lemon scent

and the melt-in-your-mouth mackerel go perfectly with the chewy paccheri.

The firm shrimp with uni in a rich butter sauce

pairs wonderfully with the linguine!

I was slightly worried about both being butter-based,

but it was completely unnecessary!

Moreover, the glass of wine

cleanses the palate from the butter flavor,

allowing you to keep eating.

Now I understand why it’s famous as a pasta place in Itaewon!

The glass wines change regularly,

but the white wine we ordered was

the Campó de Ourique Blanco on the list.

It’s truly amazing,

and I highly recommend it!

Turret is also running a potato plate coupon event,

so be sure to search for 'Turret' on Naver Map

and download it!

It’s also close to Noksapyeong Station,

making it very accessible!

Don’t just stay home in this lovely weather,

but enjoy a delicious meal at Turret

and take a stroll afterwards!
