Located at the 1st floor, 86 Changgyeonggung-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, this restaurant feels like a hidden treasure. The space is small but neatly organized, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Even during weekday lunch hours, the quiet and cozy ambiance was impressive.
Jinju Yukhoe No. 4 offers a diverse and delicious menu showcasing the best of Korean cuisine. From meatball dishes and refreshing summer-special acorn jelly salad (Muk-sabal) to savory beef pancakes (Yukjeon), hearty beef head soup (So-meori Gukbap), and liver & spleen, there's something for everyone.
I especially recommend the beef pancake (Yukjeon). The tender texture of the meat and the rich flavor of the marinade create a delightful dance in your mouth. The summer-special acorn jelly salad (Muk-sabal) is cool and refreshing, perfect for beating the heat.
