Delicious Delights in Sinsa-dong: Kaisendon Unito
It seems all the delicious things are concentrated in this neighborhood!
After wandering around the pop-up stores in Sinsa-dong, I ended up here on Una's recommendation.
This place is called <Kaisendon Unito>.
In Seoul, it's usually impossible to get into popular restaurants without using the Tabling app (a reservation system).
But, luckily, one seat was open!!!
Felt like I got in under some 'country bumpkin consideration' policy.

Oh...my...goodness...
Every time I get to treat my humble palate to such precious delicacies, I can only exclaim in awe.
Especially the crab meat mixed with the innards – so delicious! And they're so generous with the monkfish liver!
Even now, as I'm writing this, I want to eat it again.
Anyway, if you ever visit Sinsa Station, you absolutely have to go!
