Delicious Dakgalbi and Makguksu near Jaraseom Island, Gapyeong!

Stopped by Onjeong-ri Dakgalbi Geumgang Makguksu Gapyeong branch after visiting the flower garden at Jaraseom Island with the kids on the weekend.
It's located just 7 minutes from Jaraseom Island, making it a perfect stop on a Gapyeong driving route.
They have a large parking lot, so parking is easy and convenient.
The restaurant is spacious and pleasant, attracting many families and groups.
There's also an outdoor terrace, which is great for enjoying a meal without worrying about the cooking smells, especially on days with a cool breeze.
Eating with a scenic view will make you feel relaxed.
They provided two bottles of water and individual paper cups and wet wipes, which was very hygienic.
Ordered:
Spicy Dakgalbi (2 servings)
Soy Sauce Dakgalbi (1 serving)
Doenjang Jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew)
Makguksu (Buckwheat Noodles) for dessert
The side dishes served with the main course looked meticulously prepared and full of care.
There's a self-service corner where you can refill the side dishes as much as you want. They also serve buckwheat wraps, which are unique and delicious.
The chicken is partially pre-cooked in the kitchen, so you can grill it a bit more to enjoy a crispy outside and juicy inside.

The spicy sauce is a perfect balance of spicy and sweet, with a smoky charcoal flavor that enhances the taste.
We grilled the chicken diligently over the charcoal fire, and placed the rice cake skewers in the center to cook.
The charcoal fire was strong, so the chicken cooked quickly and we were ready to eat!
We wrapped the dakgalbi in lettuce and also in the buckwheat wraps. It was so delicious!
They also provided a Cheongyang mayo sauce, which was a hit with the kids - they said it tasted like eating chicken.
You can enjoy it in various ways, and the simple combinations are also excellent.
There's a self-service bar where you can refill sauces and side dishes.

We loved the young radish kimchi so much that we refilled it several times. It was also hygienically managed and clean.
The Doenjang Jjigae we ordered as a side dish was packed with ingredients and was a real rice thief. You could easily eat a bowl of rice with it!
Even though we were full, we couldn't leave without trying the Makguksu.
So, we ordered Makguksu for dessert. As expected, the chewy noodles and savory flavor were amazing, and the kids loved it too!
Many celebrities have visited this restaurant, which proves it's a true 맛집 (delicious restaurant) in Gapyeong.
It's also located near Benueji CC, so many golfers were dining there as well.

The view from the parking lot was great, so we left feeling good. We highly recommend Onjeong-ri Dakgalbi Geumgang Makguksu Gapyeong and decided to come back on our next trip to Gapyeong!
