First, pour the special sauce on the Pork Neck Sous Vide Steak.
I took amazing photos, yum yum LOL
A steak with a completely European look.
I've been to Europe once LOL
It's so delicious when you eat the meat, sauce, and vegetables together.
Even though it's pork neck, it's incredibly tender and sweet.
Personally, I think the Sous Vide Steak is more delicious than the Honey Cod.
Is it because it's meat(?)
Cod isn't meat, it's fish(!)

If the Pork Neck Sous Vide Steak is this good,
I've heard the Hanging Tender Sous Vide Steak is even more delicious(?)
However, a very personal disappointment is that
the fat between the meat is chewy and greasy,
so I want to get rid of it LOL
Spinach Basil Pesto Pasta
Arugula and cheese are beautifully set on top of the pasta noodles,
but mix the pasta noodles well with the sauce before eating.
The basil and spinach scent is fragrant, and the taste is clean.
There are three thick shrimp, so it's filling LOL
Personally, I prefer wide noodles for pasta.
We visited around 2 PM on a Friday.
Since it was a weekday, there was no waiting at all,
and there weren't many people in Sinheung Market itself.
There is usually a bit of a wait on weekends or weekday evenings,
but Sinheung Market is beautiful, so take a look around
and take some 인생네컷 photos, and the 1-hour wait won't feel that long!
