The kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi) was served in pristine condition, and its refreshing crispness was immediately appealing. The burst of flavor with each bite was a delightful palate cleanser.
The braised beef tendon and oxtail arrived coated in a rich sauce, garnished with fresh chives. The meat clinging to the oxtail appeared plentiful, promising a satisfying experience.
Exquisite Yuk-sashimi
The yuk-sashimi was presented with a striking, fresh color. The pristine slices seemed to attest to the high-quality ingredients. Carefully lifting a piece with my chopsticks, I admired its perfect thickness.
Dipping it lightly in sesame oil, the savory flavor exploded in my mouth. Its remarkable freshness was truly impressive.
The beef tartare, piled high on a large plate, was visually captivating. The process of mixing in the egg yolk was enjoyable, creating a creamy texture that coated the beef.
Wrapped in seaweed, the combination was simply divine – a clean and harmonious blend of flavors.
