The restaurant boasts a pleasant and spacious interior with group seating arrangements, making it ideal for family outings, company dinners, or gatherings.

The window seats offer a nice ambiance. It was nice to see that the restaurant is well-equipped with wide spaces for wheelchairs, strollers, and large groups.
One of the best things is that you can enjoy unlimited shabu shabu and Vietnamese wraps, including meat! They use fresh vegetables (around 40 kinds!) delivered directly from the Garak Market, and the quality of the beef brisket and chuck roll is excellent.
There's even ramen noodles available in the vegetable section!

It's a self-serve style, where you pick the ingredients you want and bring them back to your table. The shabu shabu vegetables were diverse and fresh.
They even explain the difference between beef brisket and chuck roll, and since it's all-you-can-eat, you can enjoy as much as you like!

There's a separate dessert corner with coffee, soft-serve ice cream, and puffed rice snacks, perfect for enjoying after your meal.
We ordered using a tablet PC at our table. There's a wide selection of broths to choose from – clear, spicy, or seafood. You can even choose half-and-half for free! For two adults, we opted for the clear broth.
After ordering, we went to the self-serve bar to get vegetables, fish cakes, and mushrooms, and then boiled everything together in the broth.

The induction cooktop was powerful, so it boiled quickly. Adding water dropwort to the meat was a great choice.
Enoki, shiitake, and king oyster mushrooms were available at the self-serve bar, so we brought a variety. Each mushroom has a different texture and aroma, making the broth even more refreshing.

I prefer a clean, chewy flavor, so I filled a plate with chuck roll and boiled it. Chuck roll makes for a rich and flavorful broth. Dadame Shabu Shabu & Vietnamese Wrap Wirye Branch's beef was tender and savory, and went well with the vegetables.

The method is to take ingredients from the self-serve bar and wrap them in rice paper, allowing you to enjoy the wrap with your favorite vegetables. Dadame Shabu Shabu & Vietnamese Wrap near Namwirye Station has three sauces available – chili, peanut, and soy sauce – which I really liked.

Rice paper itself has almost no flavor, but it tasted delicious with the various Vietnamese wrap fillings. The wrap was light and refreshing with plenty of vegetables. The peanut sauce was nutty and sweet, a combination everyone will love, and the chili sauce was spicy and tangy, making it fun to mix and match sauces to your liking.

I was happy to see white wood ear mushrooms at the self-serve bar, and the nutty peanut sauce went better with it than the chili sauce. Enjoying the broth with mushrooms and meat made the shabu shabu taste even deeper and richer.

After eating the shabu shabu and Vietnamese wraps, you can make porridge by selecting your desired ingredients from the self-serve bar. The porridge has a smooth and savory taste, making it a great way to soothe your stomach and a perfect way to end the meal.

You can enjoy a custom porridge to your liking by adding sesame oil, sesame seeds, seaweed flakes, and eggs to the leftover shabu shabu broth.

From vegetables and mushrooms to meat, everything at Dadame Shabu Shabu & Vietnamese Wrap Wirye Branch was fresh and satisfying to eat. You can choose your broth, and after enjoying the Vietnamese wraps or shabu shabu, you can make porridge with the leftover ingredients, making it very appealing. It was all-you-can-eat, so you can enjoy a full meal without feeling burdened. I highly recommend it as a well-rounded restaurant near Namwirye Station :)
