Cheonwolbanjeom Cheongna (Main Branch)
A Chinese Restaurant in Cheongna Famous for Delicious Cream Jjamppong
Hi everyone, it's Lala!
While searching for a decent Chinese restaurant in the Cheongna area of Incheon, I discovered Cheonwolbanjeom, which immediately caught my eye with its striking signboard!
I heard that chefs from the Shilla Hotel and Paradise Hotel personally cook here, so I was curious and rushed over to try it!
Let's get started with my review of Cheonwolbanjeom Cheongna, a well-known Chinese restaurant in Cheongna!

Interior:
Cheonwolbanjeom Cheongna (Main Branch) had a spacious and clean interior!
The striking neon signs and retro Chinese-style lighting created a unique and exotic atmosphere.
With operating hours until 10 PM on weekdays and 1 AM on weekends, it seems like a great place to grab a drink in an exotic setting.
Basic side dishes are provided, and you can also help yourself if you need more!
Menu:
The menu at Cheonwolbanjeom Cheongna (Main Branch), a popular Chinese restaurant in Cheongna, was diverse, ranging from basic noodle dishes to rice dishes, fried dishes, and entrees.
They have solo meal sets, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes without feeling burdened, even when dining alone!
Cheonwolbanjeom is especially famous for its Cream Jjamppong, made with homemade cream sauce.
Cream Jjamppong:

The dish I ordered with high expectations at Cheonwolbanjeom Cheongna (Main Branch) was the Cream Jjamppong!!
The broth was smooth and creamy, but it wasn't overly rich because it was slightly mixed with the seafood flavor and spiciness of the original Jjamppong!
The savory flavor of the cream spreads throughout your mouth, and then a subtle spicy flavor comes up later, which is quite an amazing combination.
I guess there's a reason why it's a famous Chinese restaurant in Cheongna.
Jajangmyeon (Black Bean Noodles):

The Jajangmyeon at Cheonwolbanjeom was characterized by the strong aroma of Chunjang (black bean paste) and the sauce not being too salty!!
Small pieces of meat and vegetables were included, and I liked the subtle sweet and savory flavor.
The sauce clung tightly to the noodles, so I could eat it without it being bland until the very last bite!
Tenderloin Sweet and Sour Pork (Tangsuyuk):

The Tenderloin Sweet and Sour Pork at Cheonwolbanjeom Cheongna (Main Branch) had a crispy appearance right when it came out.
I could feel a substantial weight when I picked it up with chopsticks, and I liked that the meat wasn't too thin!
The crispy outside and chewy inside texture was so good.
Overall Review:
✓ The light and tender meat of the Tenderloin Sweet and Sour Pork
✓ The savory flavor of the Cream Jjamppong made with homemade cream sauce
✓ If you are looking for a great Chinese Restaurant in Cheongna, be sure to visit Cheonwolbanjeom Cheongna (Main Branch)!
