Celebrating 1000 Days at Noryangjin 101: Lobster Shabu & King Crab All-You-Can-Eat!

Hello, everyone! It's Beny.
Today, to celebrate my 1000th day with Jjaegu-ssi, we were trying to figure out where to go.
We decided to visit Noryangjin 101, which Jjaegu-ssi had been wanting to try. It's an all-you-can-eat lobster shabu-shabu and king crab restaurant.
Noryangjin 101 is located within the Noryangjin Fish Market and is run by the Viking Group, which also operates all-you-can-eat crustacean buffets like Crab 52 and Viking's Wharf.
The front area is Sushi 101, an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, and Noryangjin 101 is located inside.
As the name suggests, Noryangjin 101 costs $101, so please note that the price varies depending on the exchange rate!
Here's a pro tip: If you charge a Digital Onnuri Gift Certificate when paying, you can get it charged at a 10% discount, and they give you back a percentage of the payment amount depending on the promotion!
The types of seafood available vary depending on the day's supply, but since it's located within the Noryangjin Fish Market, it felt very fresh!
Before entering, there's a hand-washing station, so you can wash your hands cleanly before going in!
The front is Sushi 101, so I'd like to visit Sushi 101 next time!
Especially because they have sea urchin...
This is the Sushi 101 supply board, so please refer to it to see what's available!
Right before entering, there's a Viking Market where they sell items that you can buy to take home. You can also buy wine and enjoy it with corkage!
It looks like it would be fun to choose from the items. (Unfortunately, we brought the car, so we couldn't drink...)
At the entrance, there are lobsters, king crabs, and shellfish in the tanks, as well as on ice.
They said that you can also buy live seafood by the kilogram!
The interior has an atmosphere like you've entered the sea, with videos playing continuously.
It was quieter than I expected, which was nice for a buffet.
We sat in a corner and looked at the overall atmosphere. It felt like dining in a cave!
They brought us the food like a course menu, and if we asked for more, they brought it to us very kindly!
I thought it would be inconvenient, but I was very satisfied! (Very kind!)
They served Bossam kimchi and Spicy sea snails with vegetables.
It's not winter, so I was a little disappointed that they didn't have oysters.
They serve seasonal sashimi as a platter or as a kaisendon (seafood rice bowl), but I thought I wouldn't be able to eat much if I ate rice, so I asked for it as sashimi only. Isn't it beautifully plated?
The sashimi was much fresher and tastier than I expected, so Jjaegu-ssi was very satisfied!
This is my sashimi that I brought separately.

I asked for a lot of shrimp, so I was so happy to eat a lot of shrimp...
Wrapping the sashimi, shrimp, and roe in seaweed and eating it in one bite... Ah, it was the best!
They set up the shabu-shabu, and Jjaegu-ssi and I vowed to eat five lobsters each...
But there was more food than I thought, and there were so many things to eat!
The lobster was really plump and delicious!

My chubby at home was very happy that day...
hehehehehe
They explained kindly that if you put the whole lobster in and cook it for too long, it will become tough, so take it out when the color turns white.

It was cut up, so it was easy to eat, and putting a mouthful of plump meat in my mouth made it melt away.
I ate four that day!

While we were eating, they steamed the king crab and brought it to our table.
They even prepared it meticulously, so we just had to sit comfortably!
They prepare it like this, so you can easily pick it up and eat it.

Really... it couldn't be more comfortable....
The yield was very good, and when you dip it in the butter sauce, the savory flavor and the salty crab meat meet, and the flavor was insane!
I was able to eat a little more because of this butter sauce.
And the important ⭐FRIED FOOD⭐
This is a real fried food 맛집(delicious restaurant).

Do you know the taste of fried food that you eat hot right after it's fried?
It's 진짜 대존맛(very very delicious), and please eat the shrimp tempura two, three, four times.
The shrimp is much more delicious than the squid.

For the finish, they gave us Italian brand ice cream.
Blueberry flavor!
Cheers to the last ice cream!
However, a slight disappointment is that I wanted a refreshing ice cream for a palate cleanser, but it was yogurt ice cream, so it was a little less than I expected.
We went out for a meal in a nice place for the first time in a while to celebrate our 1000th day, and I actually thought it would be a little 별로(not good)because it was a fish market, but the atmosphere was quieter than I thought, and it was nice. Even though it was a buffet, they served everything to our table, so we could eat comfortably.
The price isn't great because of the exchange rate, but I think it's worth visiting at least once.
I don't think I'll be thinking about shellfish for a while...
Bye!
