Bukchon Dodam: A Delicious Korean Dining Experience Near Anguk Station

Hello!
Bukchon Dodam is a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Korean cuisine near Bukchon Hanok Village.
It's conveniently located close to Anguk Station and nestled in an alley, allowing you to fully experience the quiet and serene atmosphere unique to Bukchon.
The traditional Hanok exterior instantly lifted my spirits upon arrival, and the clean and well-maintained interior made for a comfortable dining experience.
They have separate rooms with floor seating, so I saw many families with children. The calm and composed ambiance also made me think it would be a great place for gatherings.
The menu mainly consists of neat and tidy Korean dishes like Beef Radish Soup, Kimchi Stew, and Bossam (boiled pork slices). The Kimchi Stew was especially a 'rice thief' (meaning it's so good you'll eat a lot of rice!).
The pork was tender and the seasoning was deeply infused, making it a perfect match with Makgeolli (Korean rice wine).
They have a diverse selection of Makgeolli, which makes it fun to choose and drink. Anyone interested in Korean traditional liquor would especially enjoy it.
Considering its location in Bukchon, the price range was quite reasonable, and I felt it was a good value for the quality of food and atmosphere.
Reservations are not available through Naver for the time being, and phone reservations are only accepted for groups of 5 or more. Same-day reservations are not available, so I just visited, and luckily there was a seat available. If it's full, you can leave your number on the waiting list, and they will guide you in order. It might be good to keep that in mind.
